Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs — Restaurant in Bellingham

Ridiculous!!! These sandwiches are next level. If you like toasted subs, this is place to go. Sandwich’s are truly made with love, I come from BC just to have lunch there. Bar looks badass and the atmosphere is super chill. Obviously. Service is just as good as the food. When you place your order, you grab a marker for your table and they bring it you when it’s ready. Does the green and yellow company do that? No way. Pricing is fair as well with 3 different sizes to choose from, I always get the Large (blunt) size. Really have zero complaints. The staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile. Had the White widow twice and wanted it again but decided to try the Sensi Kush…..DAMN! Genius toppings and the honey siracha was primo. The food tasted good and the staff was friendly, my only gripe was that when I ordered I said I wanted to add veggies to both sandwiches, everything but pickles and pepperoncinis. The cashier was confused so I specifically said that I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, olives and green peppers on both sandwiches but no pickles or pepperoncinis. We went over it multiple times and held up the line a bit which I felt bad for. I got the sandwiches, went home to eat them, and there were no pickles and pepperoncinis but there were no other extra veggies either despite the good few minutes I spent explaining and re-explaining the exact ones I wanted on there. I didn't give the atmosphere a 5 star rating too just because this was my first time having Cheba Hut and I ordered through Door dash. It was absolutely amazing! My daughter is obsessed with Subway but growing up I was always a Quiznos girl so I'm really glad this place is here now and my daughter LOVED it! So now we can both get something we love when we are in the mood for subs ❤️ I got the White Widow and the Marinera bucket o'balls (absolutely love the names) and my daughter got the Italian. I also got a Blue Raspberry Lemonade Kool Aid cause you can never go wrong with Kool Aid!
