Called to speak with a manager to express a small concern about an order I received, and the employee who answered the phone thought it was funny make light of the situation instead. He said it would be really hard and complicated to help me, so he had better things to do and hung up. I called back a few hours later to see if I could reach a manager at a different time and it didn't go much better. I asked for the manager, and a second person came on the line pretending to be one. I asked his job title and he said he is a delivery driver. I asked again for the manager and a man with a southern(?) accent answered the phone. I attempted to express my concerns, but he blew me off, and also hung up on me. I called back and he answered immediately. This time he told me that he would call 9-1-1 and report me for harassment if I called the store again. That's pretty extreme and unnecessary given that I was calm during our entire conversation and just wanted to report my experience to a supervisor who could provide additional training to the employees in question. It also seems to limit my ability to ever order pizza from this location again. This store is about a mile from my home and I've averaged 2-3 orders per month, for several years. The pizza is fairly OK, but not worth having to deal with incompetent employees and a manager who would prefer to threaten me than address the actual issues. Try Pizza Time, it's much better, relatively cheap and their employees are normal humans who know how to...
Read moreI ordered two medium pizzas, one pan, one regular crust. I was a little curious when it got here in 20 minutes when the original estimate was 31-35 minutes. Gave the driver a $5 tip The regular pizza was great, my partner said. The vegetarian pan pizza was raw in the middle. Inedible unless you like raw pizza crust. Since I'm vegetarian and my partner is not. I got peanut butter sandwiches for dinner. I called them and they said they would issue a credit, they had all my info. Nothing. Called them back again and they promised to issue a credit. Called them again today, and the manager. Becca, refused to issue me other than 'store credit.' She said 'policies prohibit that' after it's been a few days. When I called right away? She said, 'she wasn't there'. Talk about customer friendly. Sorry, I know that if you accept VISA as payment, you MUST issue a refund to the account you charged. She said I get a store credit that I must call the store to use. Like that's ever going to happen. I could easily charge it back to my bank, but decided it wasn't worth it. So I called and asked they deliver the original order, no delivery charge. They did. Fully cooked this time. So I guess if I learned something here, never order a regular and pan pizza in the same order. And never trust Domino's for a refund. Their website says, if you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your...
Read morePizza came out of the oven at 1:03pm. At 1:30, still no pizza at my door, and the tracker said "Quality Check." That means it was sitting around the store. I called them on the phone, and after enduring the Domino's Phone Bot (which is an insult to our intelligence), I got an excuse: they had a big order of 10 pizzas and were hustling to get it done. Lame. I'm so sorry you have too much business. Maybe I can help with that. I don't care about your big order, only mine. Not the first time this location has messed up. I've gotten 3 bad pizzas from here: a regular handmade crust too thin in one spot, a third of the pizza fell apart when picked up; garlic butter on the crust and all over the box when I requested no garlic butter at all; and a third pizza was cold on arrival, I had to put it in my oven to warm it up. No reason to tip anymore, it does nothing but drive up the cost of a pizza that you may or may not get made the way you want. This is not the same Domino's from when I was in college. These people need Bar Rescue...
