When I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, the lobby was closed at 11 AM and the drive-through line was wrapped around half of the building. There was no signage on the door indicating that it was closed or why. I had to call the store to see if it was just momentarily closed or if it was going to be closed all day so I could determine whether or not I needed to hop in the drive-through line to pick up my DoorDash order. It would be thoughtful of management to put some kind of signage on the door if the lobby is going to be closed. it would also be kind to consider maybe putting a little table somewhere like just inside the door where DoorDash staff can easily access their orders instead of having to wait 25 minutes in a very long line only to find out the order you’ve been waiting for is not even ready because they are making them as DoorDashers arrive and not when they receive the order. I ended up with $6 for a 45 minute job. I saw you all working hard and I understand you’re doing the best with whatever staff was available. These are just some suggestions to make things work smoother for everyone. Also, maybe consider not taking DoorDash orders when you’re shortstaffed and the lobby is closed. I understand that stores can turn off their DoorDash. Also on wendys.com when you go to apply for a position at this location or any other location it brings you to a broken website link which may be why you guys are shortstaffed. Read moreI can go lower than one star....when I after the resturant already a lots of people in the line waiting for food......I thought that I hit the rush hour.....I ordered a few crispy chicken meal and few order of bake potato.....it took me 40mins to have only the crispy chicken meal ready....and the manager took us the bake potato will follow....so I start eating my crispy chicken....OMG the crispy chicken inside a RAW. I bring back to cashier staff....her answer is how could it happen? It shouldn't be......(OMG what that mean?) Follow I request to speak to manager.....all their staff said manager is not there!!!. Then I ask who is in charge....no one answer me. I ask again....does this resturant run without anyone manage? No one in charge? Then the manager show up. I shown her the RAW chicken sandwich.....then she saw it and speak nothing then went in to the kitchen for 2 mins....I don't know she is going to help me or what I'm waiting for....end up she just come back to me said I make you another one. But without any Apologize. And do not feel any sorry. Also the bake potato endup telling me is out of stock after 45 mins after order with money paid....she just refund the money....also without any word of apologize or feel sorry. I just forgot to take a photo of my sandwich.....as I should file it with the food...

I ordered through the app, paid for my items which included 2 medium Frostys. It wasn’t until I got to the window that I was informed that the Frosty machine was down and then they tried to bait and switch with much much much cheaper Coke. I requested my payment back for the Frostys. The “employees” refused to give back my payment, told me to go do it on the app (SURPRISE the app said my order was complete and didn’t give me any option to contest it) or “come back tomorrow so the manager could give my payment back”. I left quite upset. Then I get home and the food was incomplete. The five cheeseburger and five chicken BLT’s didn’t have tomato. I called back the next day and asked for a manager. The first person that answered identified herself as the manager. I explained what had happened and asked for my card to be reimbursed. She said the frosty machine had “been down a long time”. She asked a couple questions about my order and card and said she’d get my payment back. She must have then took my information and dumped it directly in the garbage because it’s been over a week and I still don’t have...
