McDonald's — Restaurant in Belmont

This McDonald's is horrible. Their employees are lazy especially the ones working behind the counter and when they make mistakes they can rude yeah. Unfortunately I have to go to this McDonald's often because its the closest McDonald's with a play area for the kids. But they're always lacking in employee's. The tables half the time need wiping up, and the hand sanitizing wipes they provide for the kids almost always need refilling. Their fountain drink machine is in need of repair and has been in the same condition for over a year. I've complained to the management on many occasions that the machine is not mixing the syrup and carbonated waters correctly to provide their fruit punch or Powerade drinks. Even the water dispensing part of the machine doesn't dispense water correctly. The food at times is made sloppy, apparently this place just doesn't care about quality! For the most part it's the way they run this restaurant whoever's in charge there really doesn't emphasize on customer service and could care less of the quality McDonald's pledges to provide. But it's McDonald's so that's why they will always still get business. But in my opinion corporate definitely needs to do a surprise visit to this place and see how they run it as a customer and how they run the place as well cleanliness...

It's pretty disappointing when I'm paying for a large iced caramel macchiato and I'm told I can only get a oj or a regular iced coffee. Like how does that equate? Today I tried redeeming my buy 5 mccafe get 1 free and went through the drive thru. I had gotten to second window and had a bag of food handed to me, then the guy was looking at me like why aren't you leaving. So i asked where the coffee was they told me the machine was broken and offered oj or iced coffee. Disappointing. I asked for a refund and to be given back my 6th McCafe free deal and they said there is no way of doing that. I really felt disappointed they weren't willing to accommodate when i asked to get the deal back to go to another store and get the only coffee I like. I only ever get the iced caramel macchiato. I bought 5 larges at full price. I only expected to get the 6th one free like they promote. Then as I'm halfway home I go to pull out the hashbrowns and sausage mcmuffin to find out they gave me the complete wrong order and I ended up stuck with somebody else's order which was only a mcchicken mcbiscuit. When one thinks of McDonald's, you'd think their food is all the same, as it perhaps most definitely should. But it is my partially "painful" experience, that this isn't always the case. This particular McDonald's is most certainly one of the better prepared and better, fresher tasting food places ! Other places often serve burgers or fries or chicken nuggets, who's expectation/serving window has long closed. Or they give you cold and/or oversalted fries, stale bread buns or dried up products. Often missing an order of fries or partially completed orders, when getting food for larger quantities of people. This McDonald's has always had "up to par food", yummy to devour, the beverages are tasty, hot or ice cold like they should! Ice cream or shakes yummy. For years now I've been going there. The dining area is always clean, but the restrooms, especially the ladies, could use a bit more attention! The staff is pretty friendly, but once in a while you do wait a bit longer then anticipated! But overall a decent experience. And good tasting food is the primary objective here, and that is the most important, is always present! And they are open...
