Steve was amazing, a few weeks back I bought a Smok RPM lite from these guys, through no fault of their own the device broke. I called them up and asked if there was any chance at repair. Steve said come on in lets see what we can do. After taking a look at it he stated that unfortunately the device was shot but he was more than willing to make an exchange for a similar product. Offered me plenty of exchanges for different products but in the end I went with a new pack of coils and juice for the mod that was in my car. Pretty much the price of the RPM device itself. I was visiting the area before christmas and google maps said this was the closest shop to me. They are great!! Got a great deal on juice. Came back to the bay area a few weeks later and visited again. They were out of coils for my tank; they called a competitor to see if they had them in stock, then gave me directions. C'mon, that's customer service!! I travel a lot and am always on the lookout for good vape shops, these guys are now the only place on my list of places to stop when I'm in the bay. Bought a disposable vape. Should have tested before I left. When I opened it and took a hit. It didn’t hit right and tasted awful. Not like a flavor at all. I went back same person was working . I told him the problem. He wanted me to hit it in front of him. So I did. He said he could smell it. I assume the flavor. I could not. No exchange or refund offered. Not how customer service works....
