Tilley's Pizza House — Restaurant in Beloit

We loved our food. Only thing we wished for was wishing our fries were salted after pulling out of the oil so it sticks to it better, and our lemonade and raspberry tea a little sweeter. First time here so the two different doors (one to a area with booths and tables, and the other a bar with booths) and no workers were in the booth/table area, and there were no signs to direct people so they know, so it confused us so we didn't know which area we were supposed to go in to be seated until a worker in the bar told us and then when the waitress came she let us know we could sit wherever. We enjoyed the quiet seating area. We recommend the Prime rib sandwich(if you ask for the cheese from the poor boy sandwich to be added to it, it would be even better, also recommend the grilled cheese sandwich. The server was very nice and friendly. I do wish there were photos of the food in the menu though. We are both autistic and are visual processors so photos help us alot with choosing meals because new places, and not knowing what the food looks like can be overwhelming, and dealing with restrictive food intake disorder (RFID) it's hard to just pick foods we can't see and have never tried there because every place cooks...

I’ve never in my life have been disrespected as bad as this establishment. BEFORE they decided to “flag” my address for delivery, my mother called and asked where her food was because it was over an hour and she is a school bus driver and ALL she wanted was an estimated time in case she needs to eat something else before picking up her kids.. the manager hops on the phone REALLY rude stating to not call again asking for a time that it will be out. I personally called and wanted answers for that incident and the manager only stated to me that it was out now.. MONTHS LATER here we are I personally decide to order for my autistic son and I.. 2 HOURS LATER? Absolutely nothing. Not even a notification claiming my order was cancelled.. I called and the manager tells me that he will no longer deliver to my address (WITHOUT ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT) because of my mother and that “apps send you notifications so that’s personal and not our issue if you didn’t receive our cancellation”. I hope people don’t waste their time at an establishment that hires miserable bitter people asking SIMPLE customer questions.

Pizza was typical midwest pizza, flavorless and tastes like you're biting into a piece of cardboard.

We also had fried broccoli and cheese. I'm pretty sure it was frozen because every piece was shaped exactly like a tree or a broccoli. They were all uniform in shape with nothing looking like they were homemade. No slight differences in shape of any sort. It did taste good though.

They also had big TVs playing which was nice, but there was no tv volume on or music playing, so the atmosphere was meh at best. I wasn't looking to have high volume noise, but anything would have been nice.

They also have signs saying that masks must be worn, but people were coming in with no masks in their possession and nobody enforced the mask wearing rule that was posted on their doors. Why post a sign that says they require a mask, if nobody enforces it.
