Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Beloit

I did an order online and meant to do it for delivery but upon editing the order it reset to pick up and I didn't realize it before submitting which was fine but I didn't want to tip if I was picking it up so I called and asked can I either switch it to delivery or have the tip taken off even jokingly explained if I was going to any other fast food place I wouldn't tip and had a laugh about it. We decided I'd just pick up and pay upon arrival. Well apparently someone thought I was ridiculous and decided to eat a slice of the pizza we ordered. When I called and told the manager I was pretty much brushed off. I told her I thought they should watch the cameras and write up the person who did it because it's definitely against their policies to eat a customer's order. Even if they were upset about the tip it could have been a conversation I'm open to being convinced that it's deserving beyond delivery I just don't understand why I wasn't told anything beyond "wow that's surprising" as the solution...

They get your delivery order wrong more times than right. I've honestly questioned their hiring practices and routinely have to call them after delivery to complain that wrong food or drink has been given. Pretty pathetic when all it takes is reading comprehension to get an order correct.

Also be prepared to check for credit card fraud because they will often add a tip or change your tip to a higher amount and you'll never notice unless you carefully watch your online banking desktop a day or 2 afterwards. No joke, plain and simple credit card fraud!!!!! You've been...

Well usually I have a great experience but this time I ordered about 40$ worth of food, I order so much I get free offers every other time I order. They forgot my food which is an innocent mistake but we’re rude when I called back. When I called I asked to purchase a cookie dessert and they said they were already on the way back my free food came 40 minutes later, cold and I didn’t have a cookie either.
