Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Belton

Today. I decided to save a little money and fill out some of the receipts that they give out and get some chicken with it and I WAS going to buy 6 bombers and a drink with it till this man with a mustache and thick black glasses working the drive thru today (4.1.25) was trying to argue with me over my receipts and chicken. I had given him 5 receipts he stated he could only honor 3 of them and only give me 3 pieces of chicken, I agreed for the 3 and just decided to not buy the bombers and the drink and only take the chicken. He then proceeded to try to argue with me about the receipts I told him I wasn’t about to argue over receipts and chicken and he kept going and said what I say doesn’t matter he can only give me 3 pieces of chicken, and blah blah blah it got to the point where I said either give me my food or give me my receipts and I will go somewhere else. He then gave me my receipts back and said go somewhere else then we don’t want you people here and realize I am a black female… I felt offended and upset that they have people working up there like that that are just rude! I did call and ask to speak to a supervisor and they told me he would give me a call back within the hour. I really hope they find someone better than him for customer service because it was never like...

Might want to take a look at the type of people your hiring!! Our transmission blew right in front of this store the only place we could go because the car would not do anything but roll and we were able to get it in a space at the back of their lot. We went and talked to manager the day it happened and he said it could stay there. We had someone that was going to remove it later that night or next day, but they failed to let us know this for a few days. When we found out it was still there we called a tow company actually called five and the soonest anyone could get there was the next morning. So I let the store manager know this and he proceeds to tell me that he is going to have it towed at our expense and that the car is in their way. Mind you that lot is never ever full. We stayed in contact with them we had been trying to get the vechicle moved quickly, I am sorry that tow companies tend to have a 24hr wait and that the first person we had set up failed to communicate with us not our fault. Sorry show some human decency Churches I will never ever eat there after the way we were yelled at and told that they didn't care just get the damn car...

If there was an option of zero stars, I would have chose it, but there isn't so...my husband and I live in Grandview and don't mind driving the distance to come to this one in Raymore as the one in Grandview can never get our order right. Three other times we have been to this one in Raymore and it has been fantastic! But just now, we left because there was a line of customers who weren't able to get their orders in because the young lady employee was to busy bragging about how slow she was at every task she was asassign to do. Saying it took 20 minutes to take out trash. In the meantime, noone else could do anything but flirt with each other. Very disappointing and a waist of our gas and time. I wish the younger generation understood and knew what work ethics are. Like I said earlier the other times we have been in before and everything was amazing. We have not decided if we will be back here again. Most likely not if young kids are going to brag about being slow and flirting amongst each other instead of putting the customer...
