I have been a customer of this location since it came to Raymore. I eat at this location at least once a month, since I live in the area. I will never step foot in Raymore Qdoba again! I ordered an Impossible fajita burrito bowl online, and the site kept saying my order couldn’t be processed. I received an alert from my bank that my card had been charged 4 times. I went into the Raymore location to explain to the workers there website was down. I showed proof that my card was charged. Emily, one of the workers at this location assured me she could still make my order. As she’s making my order she stops to go discuss the issue with the assistant manager, Danielle. Danielle then comes to the front to tell me that she has no evidence that I made an order at this location. I explain to Danielle the same thing I told Emily, their site is down. I explained how I submitted my order several times, it gave me an error message but my card was charged several times. Danielle then goes to tell me that there is nothing wrong with their site and she will not make my order because there is no evidence. Even though I’m showing her proof my card was charged. I felt completely disrespected once this so called manager laughed at me as I walked out of the store. She only laughed because I advised her I was calling corporate due to the rude customer service. The other worker, Emily smiled as her manager laughed. For this disrespectful reason I will NEVER step foot in your store! I will make sure all my peers are aware of how you treat your customers! I will make sure my peers know that you trust a computer over a customer showing you they were charged several times. At the end of this I left without my order, because Danielle refused to make it, and several charges from...

We go inside and it is filthy and we see one employee upfront and two people, one girl with colored hair and a guy, in the back of the store all over one another in customer view which was disgusting. My daughter still got food, but I chose to eat elsewhere. I don't think your management should be flirting and being all over another employee while another person basically runs the front and has no help. Nor do I want to know what happens in the back of the store when no one is around with a young girl throwing herself on an employee and how a manager lets their staff do things like that shouldn't be allowed to run a store either.
We had the most horrific experience here. The girl who took our order was rude and sounded as though she was annoyed by us ordering. She ignored us while she was doing another order. I ordered a quesadilla and wanted more than chicken and cheese, but she went to make it before I had finished telling her what else I wanted on it. She gave my husband attitude when he asked for a tortilla on the side for his bowl. However, the girl who rang us up was very nice and was patient with us.
Then when we sat down to eat the girl who made our food came out to clean around where we were sitting and as she was wiping down tables her butt was hanging half way out of her pants. She continued to huff until we felt so uncomfortable we got up to leave before we...
Read moreZero stars would have been my first choice. There was nothing redeeming about our visit. Waited weeks and weeks for them to open, only to be served by clearly untrained teenagers with no supervision. We were served the dregs from the bottom of the empty meat containers, because the cooks had left ( we overheard). We walked in at 5pm, for reference. Tortillas were cold, raw..food was not fresh and did not taste good. Took FOREVER to make 2 each of the same 3 tacos, and were unable to correctly divide them, i had to sort them out at our table. The girl not only didn't realize that our bottled sodas needed to be opened with her opener, but she had no clue how to use it. The cookie and brownie tasted like they were overcooked or made with cheap ingredients. When i emailed to explain our poor experience, i immediately received an email back with a phone number to call, which i did. I explained the above to a rational sounding lady who said she would send out some coupons to make up for the visit. It has been over a month and i haven't received anything. I have called and emailed numerous more times since and have received no response. This company is shady, scamming, and serves overpriced and disgusting food. Save your money and go to an authentic taqueria. Belton has an amazing place and it is only a fraction of the inflated prices you will pay for inedible Qdoba offerings. Check out Cinco de Mayo on North Scott. It...
