I am not getting on here to bash this restaurant or put it down in any way shape or form. Tonight I was in the restaurant due to the fact that I doordash on the side. After I finish my regular 8 to 5 job. I heard what I believe was a team lead in the back working on food bashing and talking bad about doordash because everyone appears to just be entitled. Ma'am, in the future. I would appreciate if you were going to talk down on a job that I am working extremely hard at to make sure that my kids are provided for and that my home is taken care of and we have food and all the other necessities needed in my home that you would take it where I am unable to hear. I am greatly disappointed at the fact that this is the example that you are providing to your employees. I take pride in the fact that I provide the utmost respect and decency to everyone at any establishment that I go to. I know that everyone is working hard in order to provide for themselves their family or whatever they I need the income for. I feel it is never right to place a whole group of people into a generalized box. Because you are frustrated at the system that they are working for. This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. And I am just very disappointed at the fact that this is the employees that they have. I will remain a customer and come to the restaurant either for doordash or myself. But in the future I would prefer to wait outside and tell my food is ready. So I don't have to hear people talking bad about me or others I may associated with. I am a motherworking, very, very hard and hearing that discredits everything I'm trying to do for my family. If you were gonna provide the example to your employees once again that this is how you can treat everyone. I think maybe exploring other options of employment may be a good opportunity at this time for you. This gave a very sour taste of my mouth tonight and it's very disappointing due to the fact that I always had very much high respect for this restaurant. To all the other employees at the restaurant. You do an amazing job in an appreciate. All that you do and please do not follow the example that is being provided to you. Maam I wish you nothing but the best of luck...
Read moreUnderstaffed. This issue lead to me waiting an hour plus in the drive through, for an order that was ready and waiting in the warming oven at least an hour. I arrived at 11:15pm to check in for my 11:20pm pickup. It was confirmed by an employee on the phone, that my order was recieved and ready 11:21pm, but I was told that the only way to pick it up was to wait in the 9 car line of people ordering at the Mic... there is no online order pickup lane for this location, also no inside pickup after dark as lobby was closed. At 11:55pm still 5 cars from the Mic to check in a worker came out with a tablet to take orders of the cars behind the one at Mic. I asked this employee about my online order who said that orders are made when they're recieved and not when the order is checked in at the drive through, so my order was completed on time at 11:21pm and waiting in the warming oven.... it was 12:05am when she said this, 40 min after it was confirmed made. We finally made it to the window to get our food at 12:30am. We waited an hour and ten min after it was made to recieve the food we showed up 5min early to pick up. Needless to say everyone in the car was distraught with two of the toddlers in full autistic melt down and teenagers not wanting to eat now "old" over warmed food. This location needs to set up one lane as online order pickup only, if they're not going to allow us to pickup our food in any other way. Fries were good and burgers were warm to the touch, but the meat was dry with overly melted veggies on top. Not the worst burger and fries, but definitely not better than 10min drive through times for the $5 meals from McDonald's...
Read moreI went earlier in the evening (around 5pm). I was the only person in the drive-through and in the parking lot even. I had never eaten here before So I thought I would try it. Since everyone seems to think it's part of some holy burger trinity. I ordered my burger and the order taker asked if I wanted cheese. I said yes. I was then asked to pull forward, which I thought was a bit strange considering the empty parking lot. But whatever. I waited for around 10 minutes before the single burger was finally brought out. The burger did not come with cheese. I added bacon to my burger which was a floppy soggy mess. Not crispy at all. The burger itself was mediocre. I think Hardees (Carls Jr.) even has better tasting meat, honestly. All in all I don't understand why people like this. And, honestly, I feel that way about all of the California burger joints whose franchises are spreading like cancer all over America. I honestly feel that if you would recommend this as a good burger, then you've never had a good burger. And I am now convinced people from California have terrible taste in food. Well, anyways, I tried it. It sucked....
