I ordered Subway tonight on their app and went and picked them up from the Raytown store. I got home and unwrapped them and were shocked as the buns were burned to a crisp! We asked for them to be toasted but seriously?? They were so badly burned we couldnāt eat them on top of the fact both were made incorrectly! I called them and they said there was nothing they could do to refund my money. I told them I couldnāt believe they saw how badly it was burned and wrapped it and sent it out the door. She then hung up on me!
We then wrapped them up and went back to the store. Waited our turn,as they glared at us, and showed them the sandwiches and asked for a manager. She said she would help us in a minute. She the told us she was the one that wrapped it and saw nothing wrong with it. She said this was what wheat bread looks like!!! I then told her that Iām sure she would be proud if I sent her handiwork to corporate at which time she accused ME of burning the bread!!! I must refer back to the fact that wheat bread normally looks like this. Remember? After she accused me of burning the bread, I was done! We left the sandwiches on the table and walked out the door. I then walked back to the door to see if there was a phone number of a manager or corporate number and they ran wildly to lock the door like I was going to do something to them. š We had given them no reason to think we were a threat at all. We are in our mid 70ās so we donāt look like a real threat. Following you will see the pathetic sandwiches I have discussed. I am venting because I am tired substandard product and service and this is makes me feel better I suppose. For the record, this happened in Raytown Thursday evening...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Subway and have been going for years but have constantly had bad experiences at this Subway. Tonight, I placed a mobile order at 7:48 pm which was to be ready at 8:05 pm. My order was confirmed and I saw the sandwich artist started making my order so I headed towards the store at 7:55 pm since I live about 10 minutes away. Once I pulled up, both the store and drive-thru was empty. I walked in exactly at 8:05 pm and the employee told me he was just now starting my order. Okay, thatās no problem. Iām patient because I know how it is to work at a food place. I step to the side when a family of 4 walks in. At this point, my sandwiches are almost done. They just needed mayo. Instead of finishing my two sandwiches, he starts to work on the family of 4ās subs. Thatās also no problem but he quite literally finished their sandwiches before even getting back to mine. He had to have another employee finish mine which took 15 seconds. I waited an extra 10-15 minutes for my order while being ignored by the first employee just for a second employee to come up and finish it in 15 seconds. There have been a few times where Iāve come in to get my pickup order and itās just been wrong as well. I suggest driving the extra few miles to the Raymore location. The staff seems to care a lot...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had multiple bad experiences at this location at this point. Slow service, incorrect orders, dashers not being sent with full orders, and inappropriate comments/immaturity while inside. The only way I get a correct order is going inside the store - not even drive through always works to have the correct items sent out to me. Also, the way they, "correct," these mistakes is super unsatisfactory as well. One time I ordered delivery as my car was out of commission. Half the order wasn't delivered. They said they'd only help me if I came up there, which I had to keep reiterating that I couldn't do. They do not answer the phone and will not refund or do anything to make it right. They always run out of bread, too, far before closing.
Super frustrating. Just sad, because me and my family loved Subway before this location went downhill. Take the time to go to a different location if you're craving it...or a better sandwich...
