Taco Bell — Restaurant in Belton

Worst service ever.... I stop by in the morning to grab some coffee because I love their ice coffee... this location though refuses to put surfer in my coffee... do you have any idea how hard it is to sugar coffee and drive at the same time??? Well it is quite difficult... then there is the fact that their hours of operation state they open at 7:00 and they are never open on time... I am going to be taking my business somewhere else... I don't think they will ever change... as per a review from six months ago that I saw it seems that the non opening when promised to customers via posted hours of operation is nothing new... oh and btw Taco Bell I had planned on eating breakfast this morning too... oh well I did manage to find better service else where... coffee isn't as good but I would rather get it when I want/need it then wait around on a place that lies...

We went on July 29, 2023 to the Taco Bell on Spring street in Belton Texas. We waited on our food for 20 minutes. When we got there the drive through wasn’t busy there wasn’t anyone there. After we ordered they had some come to the drive through. They got everybody else’s orders but ours. When we complained to the manager she gave us our money back and then had them fix us our order for free. They microwaved the food where it was uneatable and tough. I’ve tried to contact the corporate offices today and now I see where the Taco Bell employees get their uncaring attitude because corporate offices are just like their employees. The First Lady I dealt with was friendly at the counter however the GM was very Kurt and slightly rude when I asked for a side of sour cream. You could just tell saying no gave her great pleasure almost as if she was having a bad day or something. She just said it’s 65 cents twice the same way when she could have said we charge extra there’s nothing I can do sorry or I would. I would have been ok with that. She needs to be reminded on customer service and who pays her salary. There’s a friendly way to say no I’m not able to do that and rude way. My hard tacos also seemed very thin lacking meat and lettuce. I’ve been coming to Taco Bell for 40 years and I know when a restaurant is skimping to make more profit.
