Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Belvidere Township

Ate there once during the day and they weren't half bad. Went tonight through the drive thru. We don't live that far and the burgers were so cold we ended up throwing the majority of them out. We tried a bite or two but decided we didn't want to risk getting sick. Hopefully we don't fron the small amount we tasted. Overall they seemed okay during the daytime hours. But save your money at night. Not sure if it's a maturity thing of the people working during the day versus the ones working at night, but it seems to be a pattern at fast food restaurants in this town that they are typically better...

Do not go to this location!!This store is brand new and awful! Food was partially frozen, and half of it was missing. Called Corporate and they had so many complaints the person answering the phone knew the store number because they had already had 15 complaints for that day already!! And this was at 1:30pm!

Don't bother trying to get me to come back to this location. The one in Cherry Valley is amazing and...

Decided to try the new place in town. So terrible. My daughters hot dog bun was moldy. Luckily my wife saw it right away.
