I don’t understand how any business which specializes in the preparation and delivery of food - can mess up the preparation and delivery of food. My only solid theory as to why it can take up to an hour or more for food to be prepared and delivered to my address, when I live approximately 7 mins away, Is food isn’t what they actually “specialize” in. Maybe certain orders contain “special deliveries”. No wait, The entire basement is actually a secret entrance to a corporate facility that specializes in advanced biological research and weaponary. Perhaps, the restaurant Itself isn’t actually a restaurant but merely a storage facility.
Maybe It’s even more simple than we are being led to believe. Maybe, the employees are barely getting paid, which is insane to think about considering a single order is sometimes more expensive than the same identical order from a competing restaurant. So to retaliate against their employer the kitchen staff all take turns playing “ejaculate the seed” Before they actually cook the food. If not that, then every order takes turns going inside of an employee’s oriface before it gets delivered properly which is a huge “middle finger” to anyone with the patience to wait 45 to an hour and think this is remotely acceptable To begin with. oh, and that’s if you don’t call and ask for an update on your order after an hour and they respond with “oh, he just now got...
Read moreJust ordered food for the whole family, me the wife, and our 3 kids. The food is good as always I LOVE their bacon cheese burgers. Any ways, 2 of the kid’s meals were completely messed up minus the drinks and fries, (but how can you mess up a drink or fries honestly lol) any ways. My wife’s 2 hot dog special was also messed up in two ways. One the two dogs had the works on them when they should have had, “JUST Cheese” and they ran out of large cups so they sent her two medium drinks, “Which is fine,” but they didn’t inform us of it till after we called to inform them they messed up. And last but not least they didn’t send my strawberry shake. The manager was very understand and polite and offered to fix the order and even gave us a second shake for free. NOW here is the kicker, once the fixed order got delivered and we gave back the messed up items, we come to find out they messed up my one daughters meal, “AGAIN.” So I called and the same manager offered a credit for the next time we order food and a sincere apology! Although they messed up VERY badly, and half the family had to wait to eat while everyone else ate in front of them, I WILL be a returning customer as ALWAYS! Read moreEditing my review. Food still isn't bad.. sometimes. Tonight I ordered some boneless wings, which were pretty decent. The issue was they didn't give me any dipping sauce. I specifically ordered 2 for each order of boneless wings and paid extra for each order. Had the food delivered and when it arrived there was 0 dipping sauce. Seriously, who sends out wings with no sauce to dip them in? Shoddy customer service.
Food isn't bad but not great either. Used to be better before they moved to the new location. Apparently got all new employees. I don't think anyone over the age of 20 works there. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing , but appears to be a bad thing there. We ordered a blt club and ended up getting just a blt delivered to us. Plus they were really skimpy on the fries. Gyro meat was soggy as well. I've also been through the drive in and they are beyond slow ssince they moved. Changing my review on this place. They've been getting faster lay and the food seems to be getting even better, although the food wasn't bad before. Tried the meatball sandwich and it was fantastic.
