HOLY SMOKES!! This place is a treasure! EXCELLENT food, CREATIVE menu! It's a southwestern comfort fusion that'll fill your appetite.

I am SO glad we decided to try this place. It satisfies completely. Large sandwiches, like the size of a small cantaloupe!

We were passing through town and searched nearby tree restaurants. This came up with 5Stars and 104 reviews.

The patron was very friendly and helpful when we were there. It's a small food truck in the parking lot of HUMM Kombucha, the food truck has tables inside HUMM.

I had a SPICY TEXAS FRIED CHICKEN SANDO. you should too...

But I REALLY wanted to try the BIRRIA SANDWICH. What an insanely good idea that is, a Birria Hoagie!

The sandwich was incredible, amazing. I kept saying "wow!" between bites. I couldn't help it, it had completely impressed.

This isn't a roach coach. And it isn't fine dining either. It's a massive, delicious, fulfilling slab of SW Texas style...

This review is long overdue! I've been getting my lunch there 5 days a week since March of 2020. Never have I been disappointed! Joaquin and Jade have created an outstanding establishment with consistently delicious and healthy food with generous portions all at more than fair prices. You won't find a sweeter, more friendly person at any front counter than Jax. My daily lunch experience couldn't get any better. In fact, the entire crew that's been preparing my lunch for years have earned my enthusiastic thanks! Today is their last day at their current location next to Humm Kombucha. The locals at their new location next to Van Henion Brewing are in for a real treat starting Tuesday. I'm sure many will become daily fans as I have. Good luck to Manzanita Grill and all the crew. I look forward to continuing my relationship with you at your new digs! I'm especially looking forward to lunch today....

At the time I'm writing this review the food cart has 91 reviews and a solid a 5 stars. Let me add to that rating! My fiance got sliders and I got the Texas chicken sandwich with fries. We visited during the Bend Moonlight Market and they were absolutely slammed. We were greeted by the nicest lady who took our order. We waited a long time, probably 30 minutes, because of just how busy they were. The line was to sidewalk almost. When the food came out it was perfect. Sometimes when a restaurant is extremely busy quality can go down but I feel I received the same quality food as i would have when visiting at a slower time. Our food was so good we would have waited another 30 mins! This is hands down one of the best places to grab a bite to eat in Bend. I'll be back many times.
