Olvi — Restaurant in Bend

This place is absolutely darling! This local restaurant group has two other awesome bars but this one really takes the cake.

We live in bend but are from Seattle and have been nervous about seafood east of the cascades for years. Despite that, we tried the willapa bay oysters and they were delicious! Fresh, light, hints of umami, and paired with fresh bread, anchovy butter, and delicious Napa wine… I mean come on. It doesn’t get better than this.

We will be frequenting HqO for years to come, and now lucky are we that it’s right...

Hasta que Olvidemos Wine Bar in Bend is doing it right! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with amazing, friendly, & helpful staff. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their wines, and they offer a unique take on procurement. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable in jeans or a suit, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening with friends or a date night. Oh, & get the Oysters! So cute! It feels so warm and cozy in there, the bar is so entertaining to look at, the doodles on the bathroom board are so incredibly cool to explore and their vermouth was INCREDIBLE! The fresh oysters were amazing, I was so shocked by how good the anchovy butter was that I couldn't stop thinking about it after I left.
