I had just finished playing pickleball at Pine Nursery . It was after 10 am and I was hungry for a breakfast burrito . Recently, I discovered Sol Verde . They have breakfast and lunch burrito's among other mexican items. . They are open from 8 am until 2 pm everyday except Sunday . They have a New Mexico flaire which I had never had and was willing to try something different. I tried the CARNE ADOVADA- Pork in red sauce, eggs, potatoes, cheese, tomato, cilantro & chile sauce (mild green). This rather large breakfast burrito was delicious. The chile sauce was great . Not to hot and great flavor.It cost $13 witch I thought was reasonable. I recently paid $25 for a burrito that wasn't as large or as tasty . Looking forward to trying...

The most excellent New Mexico green and red salsa to top all of the wonder dishes made here. Don’t sleep on this place folks. And you have 16oz bottle Coke!!! Have to love it when a food truck is slangin better food than any other restaurant.
