Sol Verde — Restaurant in Bend

I had just finished playing pickleball at Pine Nursery . It was after 10 am and I was hungry for a breakfast burrito . Recently, I discovered Sol Verde . They have breakfast and lunch burrito's among other mexican items. . They are open from 8 am until 2 pm everyday except Sunday . They have a New Mexico flaire which I had never had and was willing to try something different. I tried the CARNE ADOVADA- Pork in red sauce, eggs, potatoes, cheese, tomato, cilantro & chile sauce (mild green). This rather large breakfast burrito was delicious. The chile sauce was great . Not to hot and great flavor.It cost $13 witch I thought was reasonable. I recently paid $25 for a burrito that wasn't as large or as tasty . Looking forward to trying...

Iykyk! Hands down the best tacos, burritos, GORDITAS, bowls you can find in all of Central Oregon. Highly recommend the Gorditas, hand made to order shells. The most excellent New Mexico green and red salsa to top all of the wonder dishes made here. Don’t sleep on this place folks. And you have 16oz bottle Coke!!! Have to love it when a food truck is slangin better food than any other restaurant.

I had to update this bc I just had the absolute tastiest meal here 5/16/25. The freshness of the hominy in the verde chicken pazole was the tip of tasty iceberg. The special shredded beef enchiladas with a dressing of Christmas in May is out of this Town tasty. Lucky to have food like...

Very friendly service with fresh food out of this cute little food truck. Wanting a breakfast burrito, I gave it a go! It was HUGE for a bit more $$$ than other places. It definitely packed some heat but I do wish there was more texture and temperature contrast.

One of the things I love about a great burrito is variety with soft things like beans/rice and crispy things like meats. I also love hot mixed with cold (like the lettuce/pico).
