I'm a resident of Bend and I frequent your food truck with takeout orders. I enjoy your menu. However, on more than one occasion my order has been incorrect. Tonight I specifically ordered 3 spicy shrimp tacos wirh no cilantro. When I returned home I found they were liberally doused with cilantro which I'm allergic to. I drove back to your truck and politely explained the situation to your attendant (blonde hair). I immediately received tremendous push back from her together with an extremely rude tone and behavior. Instead of apologizing, she told me to "step back". I pointed out that when I placed my order, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I obliged. When I returned my order I explained that I left a tip and would expect there would be care in my order to get it right. Your attendant was not interested in my feedback. There was no line of customers and I spoke to her quietly and politely. I'm sure if you speak to her about the incident, she will be defensive and attempt to turn the situation around, as I believe that is her personality. I have nothing to gain by being rude. It's not how you resolve things. However, you have everything to gain by correcting her behavior. She clearly does not understand what customer satisfaction is all about. It's a fact, that for every one restaurant/food cart customer, who is dissatisfied will tell 7 people about their experience. Bend isn't that big. This is not about getting the order wrong, this is about civility and her attitude.Brandon you do yourself a disservice by not addressing...
Read moreI was intrigued by their menu, but as I approached the cart to order I immediately became unsure about my decision. As a pretty mellow early dinner time order, I wasn't happy to have to wait 5 minutes to even be greeted. When I was finally approached by the woman running the show, I was immediately put on the defensive as I attempted to understand the broken-English menu and their various "meet" options. The veggie option looked great, but instead of offering me an option to enjoy my "meet" with the delicious veggie medley as well (and yes, I would have been willing to throw down for an upcharge in the name of more ingredients, thanks for the option), I was lectured on the needs of the vegetarian customer. The food looked good, but after this atrocious customer service I decided to cut my losses and head to one of the other great food carts at The...
