Yeah this location is cooked. I ordered ahead on the app because that’s supposed to speed up the process - that backfired. On par with what some recent reviews have mentioned, when I showed up to pick up my food, the lobby doors were locked. My order was made and just sitting there on the counter, so I knocked on the glass only to be met with an employee motioning a “steering wheel” to me, suggesting I’m to get in the 20 car drive-thru line in order to pick up my already made order. Awesome. So, I hopped in line, and 30 minutes later I finally made it to the window and received my order. I asked why the lobby was closed, and they claimed that they were short staffed even though the kitchen was packed with at least 10 employees. They claimed that a lot of the staff were from the morning shift, but that doesn’t exactly change the fact that they certainly didn’t appear short staffed at that given moment. And for the icing on the cake, I get home and open my box to discover that my Cheesy Gordita Crunch had been mistakenly replaced with a normal taco 💀.
The app is supposed to make the process easier. If a customer orders ahead, they should be able to walk in and pick up the order from the counter. That’s literally the entire point, to avoid having to use the drive-thru that can have 30+ minute lines. I love Taco Bell, but this was an obnoxious experience. I will not be using the app in the future, at least for this location, and if the drive-thru line is cooked I will take my...
Read moreI've been coming to this taco bell since I was a kid so over 29 years. It's always been fast food is made good and the employees seem to be happy. I'm leaving this review because for the first time ever I pulled into the drive through at 9:58 PM and they had already closed the store down. After speaking with the manager on shift I realized it was literally just him working. He looked like he was gonna have a panic attack and it's completely understandable. The problem isn't your labor or employees it's your inability as a company too pay your workers a living wage. After working several jobs I've learned that fast food isn't easy at all and you work ridiculous hours night and day. I still left a 5 because the manager was nice about everything and I understood I've closed stores by myself and it sucks and literally impossible too cook all that food. Maybe he had one other person but I couldn't see so I assumed it was just him closing up. So Taco Bell PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE YOU MAKE PLENTY OF PROFIT EVEN WITH OVERHEAD SO YOU DON'T GOTTA BEAT AROUND THE BUSH PAY YOUR DAMN EMPLOYEES MORE AND THEY WILL SHOW UP AND WORK HARD. ALSO BENEFITS GIVE THEM BENEFITS SEPARATE YOURSELVES FROM OTHER COMPETITION BY ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND STOP LETTING SHADY INVESTORS INTO THE BUSINESS THEY AREN'T HUMAN...
Read moreI submitted a mobile order that was allowed to go through, because I placed it before close, which was at 6PM. I arrived at Taco Bell, and was waiting patiently in the drive up line. The staff came and placed a roadblock right in front of the car also waiting in front of me, before close. I parked my car and walked up to the drive up window, asking why they couldn’t help me before it was actually closing time. They said because they were short staffed, and didn’t have anymore supplies to fulfill my order. This is something I could understand if it was actually closing time, and I didn’t just watch them help someone else.I asked if there was someone I could speak with, and a lady came forward. She proceeded to tell me, they wasn’t a single thing she could do to help me, and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I asked if there was a way to escalate complaints and was told she couldn’t give me any information, and shut the window in my face. I walked away feeling disappointed, and unheard. This dose not give me the confidence to ever come back...
