The people in the store are the best. Very helpful. And the delivery people are very nice They keep their delivery schedule and are very careful while setting the mattress up. I would use them again. They also worked with me when I realized my mattress didn't have the legal tag for some reason. They let me exchange it, and again switched it back, although I am now thinking I shouldn't have :) Update. These guys go way above what normal customer service normally is expected. I had problems with the mattress selected. My neck and lower back were on fire due to I think a too soft mattress. They did another and final switch to a different brand and I am hopeful it will work best for me Update: Looks like I am going to have to try selling this mattress and purchasing another one. I purchased a tempur- pedic bed from them along with another sealy bed for the guest room. During our initial purchase Matt help us and was very patient during our many questions and trying of the beds. Delivery guys were on time and terrific. Two weeks before the comfort exchange was up I went back in several times to try the breeze model of the same bed. I decided to do the upgrade. I paid the extra and about 3 days laters I got a call from Christie who helped with all the times I was in the store. She gave a credit for the new breeze as it went on sale. I would have never known, now thats honest! They ordered the breeze model delivered it again and I hated it immediately. Christie understood and since it had only been a day they still had the original bed and now I am getting that back. First, I want to say I never write reviews. This may be my second one in my entire life actually. We bought a king size mattress from Bedmart a year and a half ago. It started sagging pretty badly and was causing me quite a bit of back discomfort. I went online and was unable to work through their warranty claim site so I stopped into Bed Mart and Adam helped me find the site and figure out the appropriate things to do to file the claim. Kingstown themselves who were the manufacturers, said the mattress was within guidelines of normal wear. I went back and told Adam and Jeff about it, and within 48 hours they got me a courtesy mattress changeover for the complete price that I paid for my original mattress.
