Website sucks. IT WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER.
For two years I have been complaining that the website will not accept my mailing address, that it will not allow me to change it, that it will not allow me to update it, and that it will not allow me to put in an alternate address. Each time, I can not complete an order on line. Each time I've had to call the order in. Each time I am promised that the problem will be passed on to the web design team and that the problem will be fixed. Two years later and no attempt has been made to fix the problem. The problem still exists.
To make matters worse, I have yet to be transferred to a manager when I ask. I am either cut off or put on hold, one time for one hour!!!!!!!! Yes, I actually waited thinking that the agents were simply too lazy to pass on the complaint. Now I'm convinced that there are no managers and Office Depot is playing the "frustrate the buyer until they give up" game.
THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC. It doesn't care about it's customers. And it turns out it doesn't care about making money either. I have never hoped a company goes out of business. But if Office Depot goes out of business, it deserves it!!!
I have no choice today but to shop on E-bay, Amazon and Staples. Not only am I getting better prices, I can actually place an order without having to call...

When I brought in my receipt 3 times with an itemized bank statement from my bank representative showing the second transaction they told me they wouldn't give me my money back as their system didn't show the second transaction. They said they would look into the issue. I asked to speak with a store manager, I was told I could e-mail him/her from their website but couldn't actually speak with them.
