Mmm where to begin! We bought a used car from these guys in spring of 2024, (only 10k miles on it) fast fwd to the last few weeks we had a tire blow out, alignment was bad, all tires were bald, and the subframe was damaged. We had not gotten into any impact situations that would have caused this. (We put~6k miles since we bought) Thereās a host of scenarios that could have been with previous ownership. Subaru bend took care of us and made things right. We adore them for the care they have shown us from purchasing to fixing these issues and ensuring a safe future with the car. We are just stoked that they took care of us and feel like they really cared about what was happening as we are young and were frazzled by what was going on with such a new car with very little wear.
