A true hidden gem among Bend’s big-name Mexican spots — and honestly, one of the best meals we’ve had anywhere. The flow when you walk in is a little quirky, but once you’re seated, treat yourself to a passionfruit margarita (made right there!) and kick back. Pro tip: hit happy hour — they’re only about $6, and dangerously easy to love.

Next, they bring out a rainbow lineup of in-house salsas, from sweet and tangy to “kick-you-in-the-pants” hot. The avocado salsa? Chef’s kiss. 🥑🔥

If you like spicy, you must order the Molcajete Bowl La Diabla. It’s basically a protein volcano — shrimp, carne asada, chicken, pork, cheese, all simmering in a sauce so good we were scraping the bowl like it was our job. (Not actual nutrition facts, but it’s easily 300+ grams of pure flavor.)

The tacos are spot-on too — the pastor with pickled onions hit all the right notes. And don’t skip the horchata — it’s sweet, creamy, and the perfect cool-down after the Diabla bowl.

We love it here. It’s officially our new east-side hangout, and we’ve already been back twice since our first visit & can’t...

This is an establishment my family and I frequent monthly. This particular visit my family and I came in they had one server when we asked for chips he tells us they don't have anymore chips for the day. OK, so we proceed with ordering our food ate got ready to leave got our bill and we have extra charges we've not encountered before. When inquiring about it the manager /owner said it was normal. OK so my wife then went back to ask an employee in the bar she knew if this was correct. Upon doing so the owner came back and threw our money at my wife and said here, Here's your money back. This was not acceptable not what we wanted. I will not recommend or be back to this establishment ran by...

What can I say that 5 stars (on all ratings) can't convey? "Dangerously" delicious food, exceptional employees, stupendous service and an amazingly authentic atmosphere. All of this will provide you with an outrageously excellent experience. I visit Tacos El Manchin with my girlfriend almost every week and we are never disappointed but rather completely impressed at how EVERYTHING is smooth, timely and of top-notch quality at affordable prices. I would and will wholeheartedly recommend this stellar restaurant to anyone who is interested in this...

Probably the best tasting Mexican food I’ve had in Bend in a long time! I had steak fajitas. Really bold flavor on the marinade. Decent portion. Well cooked. Average/ slightly price for Bend. Their homemade sauces are delicious. I loved the creamy serrano— nice and spicy green sauce. The service was also quick, efficient and friendly. If I had to have one critique, I wished they had cut the steak against the grain; it was a little chewy. I’m coming back to try the birria taco plate and the $2 tacos on a Tuesday or Friday.

Went here initially for drinks (cocktail). We were didn't have any which wad old... so my bf just got a beer. I ended up getting an horchata which was pretty delicious even though I was still bummed out that there was no cocktails... Food was pretty good. It did take longer than expected to get the food since it was not as busy. The tacos were good. Beans were yummy. There was a great assortment of salads which was awesome 👌
