We live right around the corner from this spot and walked past them on our way to the grocery all the time and finally decided to try it, what an awesome payoff! The family who runs this pop up is so lovely and was ready to answer all our questions about the food. The food was AMAZING!! so flavorful, i believe the day we went it was bokchoy and chicken satay. It was fresh and simple, a fantastic stop for lunch. They gave us a bag of chips each with our meal so we could snack on them while we waited. they have shady tents over some tables to eat there should you want to, and food came out super quick. I can’t recommend them enough and am so excited to go back and try everything else...

The owners are lovely, the food was super fresh and cooked to order. They use local seasonal ingredients like all the veggies, and sauces are made in house! The flavors were seriously poppin! I was going to take it to go but ended up eating the whole thing there after the first bite 😁 This was the lineup: Ayam Kecap – tender chicken simmered in a rich, sweet soy sauce

I checked out this food truck based on its ridiculously high ratings, and found my new favorite food truck in Bend! The fresh ingredients, delicious and skillfully executed flavors, and super kind owners make this food truck a stand out. As far as I know, this is Bend’s first SE Asian food cart/restaurant—and it is SO GOOD. I usually have to travel far outside of Bend to find SE Asian food, so I felt like it was well worth to make the trek (it’s near Blockbuster) to enjoy this...
