Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Bend

I love Dutch Bros. but this one does not live up to the Dutch Bros standards. There were cars lined up on both sides, and we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks! No one came out to grab our order like they usually do at the other Dutch Bros when the cars are backed up. They gave me a hot rather then an iced latte and they under charged us by $1.50, which isn't good for business. Employees should know the correct prices on drinks. The pot hole needs to have been fixed yesterday and the building looks run down and tired looking. If any of the Dutch Bros needs some T.L.C. and a renovation, it is this one. When tourists come into town and stop at this location, it is not going to make them want to frequent the other Dutch Bros locations, as it isn't the best representation of what Durch Bros has to offer. The employees are not feeling the vibe either, and can you blame them? This location is obviously treated like the runt...

Used to be my favorite Dutch Bros in Bend. Unfortunately one bad experience can really change the way you feel about somewhere. Went in and ordered my drink, but what was handed to me wasn’t correct. I was waiting in line for a long time anyways and was already on my way to work when this happened. They went to fix my drink and told me that since everything was messed up and I had to wait over 20 minutes for 1 drink, they were going to give me an extra 60 points. The points were added to my account, but when I went back to use the free drink that I now had, it was no longer there and showed that the 60 points were reversed and taken away. The lady was still there that gave me my points and I tried to explain that they were reversed. She wouldn’t even look at my phone to see the proof and refused to give me any other points. As many people are becoming aware of harmful chemicals being added into our food. I wanted my pumpkin coffee red 40 food coloring free, thinking they just squirted some food coloring in it. I was lied too, and was explicitly told "No we didn't add it in". And sold it to me anyways. Now with food coloring it's tasteless, but the color didn't change. Now I know they are already mixed in when they get it shipped to the chains, Along with the energy drinks they sell, Which isn't a surprise, it's in most of everything we eat. But now I'm learning I don't have a choice, because it's everywhere. I have ADHD and red 40 worsens that 100 fold.. So I'm making a choice. Dutch bros you no longer have my business....
