I've always preferred south and i doubt that's changing anytime soon. I was incredibly disappointed with the obviously higher up employees. As I get there (the ONLY person who was at the counter in the lobby) one girl decides to take a break. She specifically told them not to make her sandwich yet and then goes outside to I assume smoke a cigarette. After she left I saw 4, obviously young and new employees who were TRYING their best to help and whoever the manager was just kept yelling at them instead of helping. The poor girl on the register awkwardly stood there with me in an EMPTY lobby while we could hear her boss yelling at the other boys in the back. I remember the boy in drive through asking for something and she literally told him "Idk go find some, I'm busy trying to run this whole place by myself, JESUS". So I've been standing there for 10 minutes listening to the yelling when the one who went on break comes back in.... She comes back in complaining that her sandwich isnt made yet (like she told them not to?) She even had the audacity to be like "yeah well I was in front of Haley so mine should be here first". Keep in mind I'm literally standing on the other side of the counter while shes bagging my food and saying this. The whole thing was utterly ridiculous. Read moreso I can’t comment on the atmosphere. The service people at the window were nice, but I was lied to this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. I’ve been told that something is cooking and I need a wait a couple minutes and it would be right out. I waited 20 minutes for one chicken sandwich to be done. I walked inside the moment that they were gonna run it out to me, and I checked the bag and asked if everything was in there was told everything was in there. Everything was not in there. I was missing one of my items. Again, this is the second time this has happened to me. The only time I’ve ever had good service here was during the day. We come to the window, he passes the blame off to his coworkers, and shows us the receipt to see if he got anything wrong. It was definitely out of line; wrong size of lemonade, overcharged for the supposedly $1 small Frostyccino. He then took back the receipt, leaving us with no proof of purchase. When we pulled out and realized the order was STILL wrong, we were lucky to have come back to a much more organized employee... I believe his name was Shannon? Something like that.
