Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bennington

I don’t typically take time to write reviews but I’m hoping that management will read and consider. This location has repeatedly had the slowest service I have ever encountered, no matter what time of day it is. Staff courteousness is hit-or-miss- though most are friendly enough. But the timeliness is just not there. I don’t know what’s going on but I assume it’s either disaffected staff or poor management but it should be considered in need of extreme improvement. There have been several times in the afternoon where I am waiting at the drive-thru speaker and no one even acknowledged with an “I will be right with you.” That can go miles when there are other deficiencies happening. I know it’s tough to even get employees to work these days, but something is deeply amiss here. Especially when I contrast this location with the one on North St, which is AMAZING. Finally, and this will raise all kinds of opinions, but where are the damn masks? No one in either location are wearing them, or wearing them under their noses. Again, it’s hard, we are all tired of the masking, the distancing, etc, but we’re also in the midst of a surge of cases, and it’s fall with flu coming...

It used to be quite good but as of late (September 2025) it's gone down hill fast. I've ordered a grilled cheese, it's not toasted I just got a cheese sandwich. Anything with egg's regularly taste's awful, most of the time either it tastes rotten or like some sort of chemical cleaner. Everything that is supposed to be toasted it normally cold, no toasted bagel's just round bread. The drinks have been very very messy lately, they don't even try and clean up the cup they just give it to you with half of the coffee dripping out. Also, they've been refusing to put syrup inside the cup in drinks that are supposed to have it like that Mocha crunch frozen coffee or the cookie swirl one. Want yummy crunch bacon? Nope, flacid stringy bacon. Most of the employee's are unfriendly or just downright rude, though other's are really sweet and friendly. One more final thing, they keep refusing to give me pumpkin syrup they keep saying that's not a thing, but the dunkin in Troy gives me the pumpkin syrup inside the cup and on top of the whipped cream. Anyway, that's the end of my list of complaints, I really hope they learn how to toast there food and clean there...

Very very slow, we waited in lime for almost ten minutes. There was only one person taking orders, and that person was also making the coffee. When we finally got our turn in line, we ordered and the woman working was very friendly, although very slow and careful when putting our orders into the machine. We payed and the food came out quite fast, and was fine, but then we got the coffees. I had ordered and iced french vanilla with 5 creams and 5 sugars. Instead what I got was a coffee with absolutely no sugar in it of any kind. Normally at other Dunkins if there wasn't enough sugar I wouls grab a few packets and throq it in myself. This Dunkin did not have sugar out at all. So I had to wait at the pickup window and have someone add sugar. And that sugar still wasn't enough, he had maybe added a pump. There was so many people waiting that I just left. Disappointed in ya dunkies. But thankfully, this isn't one I have...
