All Star Pizza — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

If I could give less than one star I would tonight I have experienced the WORST customer service from all star and I order from here a lot in person and delivery. I ordered food at 8:16 PM tonight said it would be to my home at 8:57 tonight ok fine that’s normal, got close to 8:57 and nothing showed so because I respect these workers I gave them more time for all I know they could have been swamped, never got a call so I called and the first EXCUSE I got was the driver took the food and will be too my home in 2 minutes (i called at 9:15) ok fine 2 minutes sounds about right because of where I live in proximity to the restaurant. Two minutes turns to 10 minutes and STILL no call no show so I call again by this time it’s 9:30PM they give me a different STORY saying this loser driver delivered my food to the wrong home (idk how as frequently as I order from this place they know my address by heart). Then they said were contacting the driver to retrieve the pizza he wrongly delivered to get it to me 🗣️I DONT WANT A PIZZA THATS BEEN IN SOMEONE ELSES HOME…. That’s nasty and disgusting idk what they did to it. I was put on hold multiple times for 5-10 minutes a piece I was lied to and I finally just canceled the order they said my new pizza would have been to me in 30-45 mins by that time they would have been closed why not rush it due to your screw up I normally order during the day and have NO issues but whoever was working tonight the driver, and the manager needs...

We ordered a few sandwiches last night. They were pretty good but we had a few problems. My husband ordered bacon on his cheesesteak. There was none. Our 2 ltr Pepsi had a huge dent in it and turned out to be extremely flat. I called and requested a new bottle which I never got. The worst was yet to come..My son answered the door and paid using my debit card. He told me he gave the driver a 15% tip. The receipt I was given only shows the total price of the order which was 28.80. 15% of that is 4.32 for a total of 33.12 Imagine my surprise when I checked my bank statement and found out the charge was 35.16 ! That's a tip of 6.36 or 22%!!! Did the driver add an additional 7% to his tip?? I am extremely upset and will not only never order from them again but I'll be monitoring my bank activity very closely. Be careful people!

I cannot believe the response from the owner! He never addressed the $ issue with my review. He just gave a pre-written answer. His driver STOLE from me! Who gives a 22% tip for walking 5 feet from their car to...

I have been living in this area almost four yrs now I've ordered food here a few times learning what is actually good to order and what isn't mainly the burgers are good that's really all the service is poor they deliveries are always late leaving my food cold they have a habit of messing up ppl's orders and then get offended they sent me a hoagie with a stale roll it was hard and crumbled to the touch when I called to discuss the order they were very nasty rude and they argued the roll was edible then the woman got very dismissive and nasty saying I'm always complaining when I order that's right I want what I paid for not slop or food that's not even fresh are you serious this is how you treat paying customer's especially one's who try to work with you even in your failure to accommodate me ? for your mistakes I will never in my life again buy or spend a dime in this establishment and I will pass this incident along to everyone I know so they don't spend with them...
