placed an order for the first time for my sons birthday. He was very excited as he has wanted Chipotle for a while now. I placed my order and was initially sticker shocked but thought okay let's see how the food and portion is. I walked into a store with no air conditioning and my order not ready. Was told I would have my order after the 7 other orders in front of me. I'm not going to complain about the over worked under paid employees who were working in inhumane conditions as the store was extremely hot. My main complaint is with your corporate office, district manager and whoever maintains your website. I like most people are fine with whatever time they are told to pick up our food so why you are unable to que your orders properly so customers are not forced to wait over 15 minutes after being told when your order is ready in unbelievable. With your prices being comparable to restuarants I would expect the same level of website efficiency and accuracy they have. To add another insult I was expected to wait on myself by filling my own drink at you drink station. If you cant stream line drinks being prepared by employees then maybe only offer bottle brinks cause with your prices I should not have to add waiter to my customer title. I have seen many news reports lately about Chipotle raising prices and reducing portions to combat wages which is crazy since wages should have been higher all along and then to add insult you pass that on to your customers. Maybe your executives can take the hit on there outrageous salaries instead. Making your workers work in the conditions I witnessed and I am sure this is not typical in regards to the ac ( which should have been mitigated with portable ac units and fans)but most days the employees are being asked ,no expected to work in a variety of conditions that exceed there salary bracket. Bottom line I was extremely disappointed in your treatment of the employees, portions, self service and the cost of the items...
Read moreI come to this location about once per week but I am ready to drive an extra 15 minutes to avoid it.
Service was abysmal around 2021-22 but bounced back for a while. Now they are extremely short-staffed and frequently flip to "Online Orders Only".
When I last walked in I was literally the only customer, but was told "Online Only" because people had called out. It took me 5+ minutes to get the app to work, during which time several other people walked in and were given the same news. Some walked away, some slogged through the app. There were no natural online orders to make, but one employee who was counting cash told me they could not use the main line because last time they did they were reported to the general manager.
Even after I finally submitted my order, it took another 5 minutes before they started on my burrito as the same employee counted cash, another stood around, and the manager had disappeared since I had walked in. I had to confirm "who I was picking up for" (me!) before they started on my order
I expressed my frustration with the manager and they simply said "We can't shut Online down, we make more money". Oh, sorry for bothering you! As I left another customer who had submitted an online order while on site was told they hadn't received it so he probably had to mess around with the app again instead of simply serving him on the assembly line. Maybe he wisely gave up.
The food quality was disappointing since there were apparently now 2 total employees responsible for the store including the manager, they were not keeping it fresh.
This was all around 3pm which shouldn't be an issue with capacity. Many reviews have these same concerns but...
Read moreTerrible location!!! Two times now we have placed an order for pick up (for just one burrito) that we ordered to be ready ASAP, which the app automatically places at 10 minutes after time of order, and when we arrive at the location the order is not ready on time. And by not on time I mean nearly AN HOUR late. When my husband went to pick up the order, no one was behind the counter working, there was just one order in the pick up shelf and many people waiting (both outside and inside) when he called out to get someone's attention and asked where the order was, they told him they were "working on it". He came back 40 minutes later thinking it must be ready by now and it still was not made. He had to show them the order on his phone and then they finally started to actually make the order (now 45 minutes late) in front of him, going very slowly. They did not include guac which was part of the order because they ran out, but apparently could not give a refund b/c we ordered through the app.
Management needs to get a better hold on things here. I have never had this issue at any other Chipotle location. The first time it happened, I thought maybe it was just a bad day for them, but two times? There is another issue going on here that needs to be addressed. This location...
