Happy vape and tobacco — Local services in Bensalem Township

If I could give negative stars I would. Let’s start by saying I called asking for a vape price the guy said $30-50 and I asked if he had any for $20. He said he had some on clearance for $15 I said wow that sounds great in my head. I go there and his tone and mannerisms were horrible he had such a lowkey attitude but I noticed it instantly. I looked at what they had grabbed a disposable and he said you can hit it to see if it works I said oh cool. I hit it and it was fine and I was like wow what a good deal a couple minutes later I hit it a couple more times than it starts firing when I’m not even hitting it now it’s like I just wasted money for a couple hits. I understand it was on Clearance but if it starts misfiring and I can prove it by going there and showing them I should be able to swap for a new one. I called him back and he was very rude with an attitude when I asked if I could replace it, he said there is nothing I can do and if I could explain it he was trying to act like a good nice employee so he couldn’t get in trouble for it well let me tell you it’s like the most crappy feeling and I felt like I was robbed. Knowing I walked out with it after trying it he knew I wouldn’t be able to return or exchange for a new one so his attitude was even worse I never have written a review for anything and I would not support this store as long as that kid works for them. I give a -5 stars since there is no option for it and I suggest going to any other place that has people working there that have some decency. That kid should be fired and if a vape starts auto firing not only are you not getting your moneys worth but you are also in possession of a mini bomb this is a safety hazard and can cause fires as well. Do yourself a favor and never come to the store Especially with that punk working behind the counter. Went on 10/15/23, guy was in back had to yell for him. He did not know any prices of vape stuff, was unable to answer any questions. Couldn’t see all the vape juices as he did not want to read or show them. He called someone else 4 times to get prices! Horrible and very pricey. Also FRAUD, order came to $116. He charged my card $11. extra! Thankfully I did get my receipt to see the difference and my card company fixed it. Beware, stay away and avoid this place.
