I ordered a sub and a calzone online and was given a reasonable pick up time. I arrived 3 minutes past the pick up time and was politely asked to wait because part of my order was not done yet. Approximately 15 minutes later, I was told that the second half of my order was just then being put in the oven and should be ready shortly. Another customer waiting there with me was told the same thing, and she immediately canceled her order and ask fir a refund (that should have been alive for me). Anyway, 25 minutes after that (40 minutes past my pick up time), I was finally given my order. However, when I got home, the calzone was completely wrong. I called and explained the situation to the person who answered the phone. She put me on hold only to come back and proceed to tell me she spoke with the person who made the calzone and he said it was right. I repeated what was inside the calzone I received and that it was different from what I ordered. She then said that if I brought it back, they would give me a refund or make me a new calzone (but I'd have to wait another 40 minutes for the new one)... mind you, this was after I had already waited for an extra 40 minutes in the restaurant in the first place. I told her that I needed a refund to be processed over the phone, and she passed me along to her manger. The manager was dismissive, pretended he had no idea who I was or why I was on the phone, repeated the offer to remake the calzone, and as soon as I said no because I didn't want to wait that long, he abruptly said he'd refund my card and hung up on me. I never got an apology, not for the initial crazy wait, not for getting my order wrong, nothing. Instead, I was treated as if I should be thanking them. Read moreI have lived in Bensalem for 3 years and this was the only pizzeria I would order from but I will never again until they refund me for an order they did not deliver. I ordered an order for delivery as I always do but some reason this time they claimed to not find my apartment. I requested a refund and called the shop and they told me I would not be refunded because they left the pizza on my porch .How did you leave it on my porch if you couldnt find my apartment? Just lies ! I called and asked to speak to someone and was told the driver tool a picture of my ordering being left. When I requested to see the photo they didnt have it . i reordered my entirety order and spend another $50 and this time when the driver came he claimed that the previous driver didnt deliver my pizza at all so im not sure who lied to me on the phone. i called again the next day to speak to someone and a women answered the phone and said she would have someone call me . she lied to rush me off the phone because i was holding up the line . When i reordered my pizzas they were burnt so i really should be refunded for both orders . It has been 2 weeks and still no call back .I will never order from this place again . This is not how you do business. If you couldnt find my apartment i would have came and picked my order up since im a 2 minute drive away but they rather lie and keep your money instead of refunding you for an order they know they didnt deliver or else i would have been shown the photo . Read moreDepends on the day. Most of the time the food is good if they make it the way it was requested. They're often later than expected if you choose to pick up rather than have it delivered. I will say that I did call to complain a few times and I think it's the owner who usually gets on the phone. He can be a bit rough around the edges. I did have one experience where I was super upset and there was an argument going on about the fix. I was upset because the order got messed up and we already waited over an hour for the original delivery, I understand the lengthy wait time during busy times (especially during these trying times) but they wanted to give me a credit for my salad. I didn't want a credit. I wanted either a refund or a replacement salad. I got extremely upset when I was told to get a replacement it would be well over an hr because they had other deliveries. I live literally across the street and felt that I ordered the item a certain way without certain items or dressing and it came the exact opposite. I wasn't happy with the answer and told them to forget it and we wouldn't order from them again. We both hung up and about 10 minutes later my doorbell rang and the owner himself delivered a fresh salad which I really appreciated. Needless to say we have ordered from them since and the orders have been ok. The food is always good but there is always an error of some point.
