THEY HAVE AN EMPLOYEE THAT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP AND LISTEN ABOUT THE ISSUE THAT YOU ARE HAVING AT THE MOMENT SHE WILL DEFINITELY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND JUST TREAT YOU AS IF THEY ARE MAKING YOU A FAVOR. WHEN THEY GET ON THE PHONE THEY WILL DEFINITELY GIVE YOU AN ATTITUDE AND THAN WHEN YOU THINK IT CANNOT GET WORST ENOUGH WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT YOUR OTHER THEY WILL SAY THAT YOU’VE JUST PLACED AN ORDER AND YOU HAVE A EMAIL THAT YOU CAN PROVE WHAT TIME THAT YOU PLACED THE ORDER . THEY WILL SAY THAT YOU ORDER WILL BE THERE IN 10 MINUTES AND AGAIN ANOTHE DELAY. INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING TO LET YOU WAITING WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION THEY WILL GIVE AN ATTITUDE FOR JUST ASKING WHERE IS YOUR PHONE ; ONLY PERSON WHO REALLY HELPED WHEN I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO TALK WAS THE MANAGER AND I FELT RESPECT AND HEARD THEN NEXT TIME SAME EMPLOYEE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND AGAIN WAS VERY RUDE AND I SAID I WOULD LIKE TO COME OVER AT LEAST TO MAKE SURE I WOULD GIVE MY MONEY BACK BC WHEN I DID RESQUEST THEIR JUST IGNORED AND KEPT THE CHARGES ON MY CARD. Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. As stated in other reviews the orders never show or show late. I never had an issue until tonight when I ordered. At 6:21 I got the notifications via the app it was on the way. At 7pm no pizza and I get a notification saying it was delivered. Concerned I called and I didn't give any info except "hi I'm calling because I ordered a pizza and it said it was delivered." The response was "oh the driver will be there in a couple minutes, I see he's almost there." At 7:30 I go on the app to see my order was cancelled. I called again and at this point he was interested in taking my information. After he did, he told me they tried calling me and I didn't pick up. I mistyped my phone number in the app and apologized and he said he'd send the driver right back out because he just brought the pizza back. No apology from him but 5 minutes later I get a call and he wants to charge me full price for pizza that is now 2 hours old!! He then told me I couldn't use my coupon again or I'd have to find the code in my email or else I'd have to pay full price. I had to ask him 3 times to just cancel my order. Read moreWe’ve ordered from this location for over 5 years. However, tonight we placed an order for delivery and after 30 minutes, an employee called to say, they do not deliver to our area. Even after explaining that we’ve ordered and have received delivery from them for years, the employee said they will not be able to deliver the order. We ended up driving to the location and found the employees providing lack of customer services. While in the store their business phone kept ringing and one employee kept telling the other, not to answer the phone. It was apparent they did not want to work. After all this, it turned out that our order was not even at the store, but out for delivery (after they said they didn’t deliver) They didn’t even call back after saying they didn’t deliver to the area, to say the driving was on his way. The distance from store location and our area is only 11 minutes by car, btw. It wasn’t until after more than an hour of placing the order that we finally received it.
