Located near the Chick fil a, this spot serves fried chicken fingers. Never been a fan of chicken strips but Raising Cane’s made me a fan. Got the box combo which came with four strips, curly fries, toasted bread and coleslaw. The chicken was well flavoured and the breeding was perfect. I saw reviews where some were recommending that the chicken in a syrofoam box as takeout, makes it soggy. That maybe right and therefore preferred to dine in. The fries were freshly fried with generous amounts of salt. The toast was quite good and you can feel the richness of the salted butter. The coleslaw is nothing to brag about. Apart from soda, there was lemonade and iced tea. Made with tea leaves and cane sugar, the tea was quite good. Overall, a must try for fried chicken and opt for dine in (if you have a choice).

First time ever at Raising Cane's and was not disappointed. My wife and I ordered the Caniac Combo and the Sandwich Combo. The sandwich combo was tasteful, crispy, and had a delicious soft bun. Each bite was better than the last. However, eating the tenders separately was not as enjoyable. The tenders are very soft and do not have a nice crisp which would have made them even better. The tenders were very juicy though which helped heighten my taste buds. The cane sauce was extremely underwhelming. Did not have enough flavor and cannot understand the hype. The fries, on the other hand, were very nicely cooked. They had a nice crisp to them with a soft fluffy inside. Overall, we were fairly satisfied with our food. Would visit again, but only for the chicken sandwich!

This was my first time eating at a Raising Cane's and I really enjoyed it! The chicken fingers are good, but the cane sauce is what makes it special. The crinkle cut fries are honestly the best I have ever had! The design of the restaurant is groovy too! Though I would give it a 4.8 if I could instead of a 5 because the restaurant was a little dirty. Though it was possible I went on a night where it was short staffed because I saw the cashier cleaning the restaurant while I was eating. I didn't realize there was a $0.30 upcharge for lemonade but it was ok. The staff was still very friendly and the service was still very fast. But this experience did convince me to become a "Caniac". I'm looking forward to the next Raising Cane's I get to eat at!

My mom and I just went to this Raising Cane’s location tonight. We got out of shopping at Wild Fork and she asked if we can go to Raising Cane’s since it’s close by. She got the chicken finger combo and I got the sandwich combo. Oh boy, where do I start?

As far as Raising Cane’s goes, we usually go to the one near Oxford Valley Mall since it was much closer to our house and their food was amazing back there. The chicken there was fat and juicy, their fries were a perfect balance of crispy and soft, their special sauce is phenomenal and their Texas toast is buttery and delicious. The reason I’m bringing this up is because the great quality from that location is completely absent on this one.

Let’s start with the chicken. The fingers were skinny, dry and tough as if they came out of the nuclear holocaust. Not much going on there. Also the fries were wimpy, chewy and kinda cold. Whereas the fries from the Oxford one were the happy fries, these ones were the ones that were suffering from severe depression while standing out there in a thunderstorm throughout the entire day. The Texas toast wasn’t even that good there either.

Oh, and do you remember that special sauce that makes Raising Cane’s so popular? Well, it seemed like that sauce didn’t even help with the fries or chicken at all. And it also didn’t help that there wasn’t enough given to us. The only good things that I can say is that the person at the drive thru was very nice and was very good at her job. And also the drinks were decent. That’s it.

Overall, this was such a letdown. My advice? Avoid this location like the bubonic plague. I don’t know how the other locations are, but I can only hope that any of them are nowhere near as bad as this one. As for me and my mom, we are more than happy with the one in Oxford because I can promise you guys that they are much more worth the money than the one in Bensalem. The only reason I’m giving this a one star is that this review system doesn’t give you the option to not put any in there and that’s just...

I have tried many times to have a good experience at this location but I continue to have an issue. I first had issues almost every time that I picked up takeout for my family in the drive thru, I would never receive the extra cane sauce I paid for. I learned to check before going home and would have to park and go in and request it. I called the number on the receipt to complain after this became a regular occurrence. We frequent canes after baseball and football practices for our kids, they enjoy it. Corporate sent me a box combo card to use and when I tried today they gave me a hard time. I asked to use it for the chicken sandwich instead, something less expensive. The manager first refused to come to the window to speak to me then when she did, she gave me an attitude about using it. She was rolling her eyes, telling me her inventory would be messed up if she used the card. She didn’t care to listen, she had no concern about offering good customer service. She was happy to provide a bad attitude and dirty looks. She said she would do it this time but next time call the store instead of corporate despite the fact that I came in visit after visit and the problem was not getting solved . I come from a long tenure of management in the customer service industries and I could not imagine speaking to someone, especially as a manager, in the way she did today. To show you how rude and unprofessional she was , she shoved she cane sauces in my son’s bag. He certainly did not need that many, nor did we ask or complain that we didn’t receive enough previously, only we didn’t receive the extra that we paid for. She was so quick to say she was worried about her inventory yet threw 6 extra sauces away that we cannot use as a way of making a point to me. I will find something else that my family enjoys to give our hard earned money to that won’t give me a lecture in the drive thru or give me dirty looks and a bad attitude...

I always enjoy the food at Raising Canes. I have had issues with this location several times. Since I work in customer service, I try to be more understanding but it is only justifiable so many times before it's just not worth it to visit this location anymore. A few weeks ago, I placed a mobile order and got a box combo that only have three pieces of chicken when it was meant to be more. Also had drinks with ice when specifically clicked the no ice button. Today when I went to pick up my mobile order (which took much longer than the app said and that's totally okay we didn't mind the wait but the app shouldn't say large orders will be done in 7 minutes when there's no way to make that happen when the store is busy), we tried to buy a Post Malone cup at checkout and as the cashier was checking us out a lady said we are not allowed to buy them without a combo meal. I understand that the employee was just relaying the policy but that is just an odd rule to begin with. When we got home to eat, one of our combo meals gave coleslaw when specifically checked extra fries no slaw on app. Also the drinks were labeled completely wrong (dr pepper was labeled sweet tea, coke was labeled dr pepper and sweet tea was labeled coke). I will continue to eat Raising Canes because I do like their food but I might have to drive further to the Langhorne location since they are much friendlier and have never...
