Today, on June 24, 2023, at approximately 9 pm, my family and I visited this establishment, utilizing the drive-through service to place our order. While we were interacting with the staff at the service window, we encountered a highly offensive and racially discriminatory incident that has left us shocked, hurt, and deeply saddened. As we sought to clarify the total amount of our order, as it differed from the amount displayed on your mobile application, one of your employees, who was not directly involved in our transaction, proceeded to make derogatory racial remarks towards us. Specifically, this staff member uttered the deeply offensive phrase, "Ching chang chong," in an apparent attempt to mock our Asian heritage. It is important to note that at the time of this incident, we were the only Asian individuals present, as the dine-in service was unavailable. The impact of such discriminatory language cannot be overstated. We were left feeling disrespected, humiliated, and completely unwelcome in an establishment that we had hoped to patronize. I implore you to take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into the incident that transpired at your Benton Harbor location. If I could I wouldn’t even give them the one star. They ruined my wedding. Made my fiancé late to our wedding to wait on their mistakes. Ordered 100 pieces for my wedding reception to be ready by 2 o’clock when my fiancé got there they said that it wasn’t to be ready till 230 so that made my fiancé late for our wedding then today when I called today to complain they said they were busy and no apology was given and actually I was hung up on by the manager Chris. I do not recommend this place if you’re trying to have it picked up at a certain time for a certain occasion because it will not be ready when you wanted to even with given 24 hr advance notice and nothing will be done about it nobody will apologize or anything like that you will just be hung up on like I was just done when I talk to Chris the manager. They have lost my family’s business forever just because of the fact no apology and I was hung up on when I called to complain. It’s not my fault your company can’t keep up and do what’s necessary to complete a simple order. 100 pieces of chicken to be picked up at 2. Thanks so much for nothing… no apology just a click...

Not Recommend Extremely Rude Staff We made a specific request for our food to be cooked well done, I specifically kindly asked repeatedly for the chicken and French fries to be cooked extra crispy. However, our dining experience fell short of expectations. The French fries were served lukewarm and soggy, rendering them inedible.

While the chicken was cooked, it could have benefited from a slightly longer cooking time for optimal doneness.

Additionally, the macaroni and cheese exhibited a greasy texture, detracting from its overall appeal.

The overall dissatisfaction was compounded by encounters with disrespectful and rude staff members. It is concerning how a business can continue to operate while neglecting customer requests and maintaining such unprofessional behavior.

Despite finding the biscuits surprisingly good with a buttery and enjoyable flavor, they were the sole highlight of an otherwise disappointing meal. Regrettably, based on this experience, we have decided not to revisit this location...
