WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased an Ooze Twist Slim Pen from here yesterday. I chose this pen after asking the gentleman in the store for a pen I could use on my carts at home. I tried to use it last night and the pen appears to be turning on but it will not heat up my cart. The cart works fine in other pens. I call today to see if they can help me or possibly exchange the faulty equipment. I acknowledge the no refund/exchange policy, however I should not just be out of luck if their products don't work. The overly talkative girl working tells me in a very condescending tone "well there's signs everywhere about no refund/exchanges". I ask why I would be responsible for bad equipment and she tells me that pen doesn't always work for every cart and I should have bought a universal one. She tells me to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. I did not get a receipt yesterday after using my card for the purchase. I then asked her for a copy and she tells me she can't do that because she doesn't have access and no one can help me until maybe tomorrow. Bought a brand new Dab rig for $70 and it was broken when I bought it. I never took it out of the happy kit container before or after buying it asked if there's something they can do and was told no because it left the store .. I suggest checking each and every item at the counter before paying. I never even held my items before purchase so theres no way I would have known it was broken. As far as headshops go, this place has near surgical cleanliness and rightfully so as they have a piercing room in the store! I was staying nearby at the Best Western and walked over on a free afternoon just for a couple of the larger RAW cones for a wedding reception later that day.
