Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Benton Charter Township

I've went there twice now and the first time they gave me some drink that wasn't even what I ordered and the second time they gave me a drink that tasted like the first one that I bought the first time I went after they corrected it and both of them taste burnt So now I've went there twice their coffee or maybe they're burning their coffee I'm not sure taste horrible or they're making drinks wrong I'm not quite sure which it is Don't go go to one of the other Starbucks around they need to get better people and they're making drinks cuz it just ain't it right now. Any other Starbucks you go to is busy busy busy why do you think that one is not busy ever and it just open it everyone goes to...

I have to say , this is one of the nicest Starbucks stores I have been in. The all dark wood paneling made it feel cozy , the only thing missing was a fireplace , since it is cooling down.

For only being open a month , the staff was knowledgeable and so friendly. The General Manager was even working on the floor. As I waited for my Pink drink and was watching behind the counter it amazd me how calm and patient he was while working with the employees.

Great location right off the freeway (even with all the road construction).

I can not wait to go back again...

Opens at 5 means FIVE! First few times were almost painless. They've only followed directions once however. Today was just too much. Order was supposed to be 4-7 mins, but alas 5 minutes after ordering, my husband called me to make sure they were open. Sure enough, they didn't unlock the doors until I called. It took 20 mins. Good thing I wasn't in a rush for workbor...
