Wendy's — Restaurant in Benton Charter Township

Giving a 5 stat for food because nobody can make it wrong when it's coming out of a machine. Ordered 2 small frostys from inside. Got to the counter and the first person to see me doesn't greet me at all. Drive thru person looks at me. No acknowledgement. Girl on break walks right by me, no acknowledgement. The lady that was behind the counter and right in front of me when I got there actually walked away and just stood next to the fryer or whatever and just stood there. Doing nothing. So I asked her if she was gonna help me or someone else was....she said "they'll be with you in a minute." Ummmm. Don't you work here? (I didn't say that but wanted to!). So 5 min goes by. A girl comes to me and says "whatchu orderin"...... Gross. I said two small frostys please. Gives me the total not even ringing anything in. Give her the money idk where she went w it or put it. 5 min later......got our 2 small freaking frostys. That place is disgusting and they are super rude. There was a really tall gentleman tho working that handed us our stuff and he was working w a smile on his face and was super sweet. Can't imagine working w all of the other people there though. Poor guy. So much negativity and it's VERYYYYYY VERY heavily felt....

Me and my friends went to this location I hand only been one other time and the service wasn’t even bad so I didn’t think not to go again but yeah the worker sounded like she was angry and didn’t even do her job we ordered 4for 4 the sign is broken and it was dark so I couldn’t see what it came with and I don’t even know cause I’ve been to Wendy one other time I was expecting a lil sum like what came on it or sum it was silence So we sat there for like 2 minutes we just said what drinks we wanted after that cause there’s no way she started to take the Oder and walked away and yeah she didn’t she was just waiting in silence. she doesn’t ask is that all she just said pull up didn’t even say the price and like I said I didn’t know what came with the 4for 4 so I’m getting a mystery burger for a price I don’t even know, and they gave us 6 drinks they didn’t give us a carrier and no straws the...

this is the 2nd time i went through the drive through and have had issues with the lady at the window. the first time, she literally cut us off in the middle of our order and told us to pull up. when we got to the window we ask to add 1 drink because we didn’t get to finish ordering and she proceeded to yell at us saying “we don’t do that here”. the second time, i ordered the $8 jbc meal (no mayo) and a son of the baconator (plain). i got my food. i had the 2 jbc WITH mayo and i DIDNT EVEN get my other sandwich at all. i went into the lobby and told them. the lady from the window came up to me and proceeded to say “if yall asked for mayo, it would’ve been on there so” and rolled her eyes at me. but when she repeated my order back to me it was right AND on the screen it was right. so i don’t know how in those 2 minutes my order got messed...
