I usually like going to this location but the young lady that just served me isn’t kind. I asked if I could use my discount since I was in uniform. She says “yes but you have to be in uniform “. I unzipped my jacket to show her my full uniform. I just got off work. She says “I don’t know “. Your total is $6.83. I said that’s it no discount. She said mmmmhhhhmmm and just walked off.. I just asked if I could use my officer discount. I wasn’t rude or anything. But it’s ok....

In the last 3-4 months the employees seem less personable and I’ve been given drinks in the wrong order multiple times. They all guess and hope for the best on the drinks. I deliver the drinks to workers so I’m not taste testing every drink before handing them out. Label the drinks or something. I’ve also been given full sugar drinks a few times lately. I’m a type 1 diabetic that can’t tell the different from sugar free and regular flavors. This ends in my blood sugar...

Please turn down your music. It plays loud enough to hear it blocks away. I don't care if you feel it enhances your vibes. It's bad enough the neighborhood has to deal with the traffic that came with your business moving in, but we shouldn't also have to lisen to your music night and day everyday.
