McDonald's — Restaurant in Benton

I don’t eat at McDonald’s but my 17 year old daughter does. She has used door dash several times in the past and never had any issues. Tonight however, was another story. She put her order through DD at 10:15. Over the course of an hour the delivery times changed 5 times. Before anyone comes at me, I know this is a DD problem. She asks me if we can just go get the food because the last update said it would be 12:15 before it was delivered and it had already been an hour. We go and there is a line. She can’t go in because the doors are locked. We get to the window and I explain the situation. The manager looks through the bags on the counter that are waiting for DD and tells us the order isn’t there. We explain that the DD app is saying the food is still at the restaurant. She checks again but still doesn’t find it. She then asks us to pull up and she will have the food remade and brought to us. A guy comes up to the window-Houdini, aka Joshua-and asks what all she ordered. She gave him her phone so he could just read the receipt. He attempted to give us his wallet to hold since he was taking her phone. I told him there wasn’t any need for that, but he insisted. I gave it back to the manager as soon as he went to make her food. We pulled up to where we were asked and within 5 minutes he had brought my daughter’s food out to us. The food was hot and she was happy. I have had some seriously bad experiences with this location but tonight, with this crew, was different. They were short handed and the line was long but both the manager and crew member that we dealt with tonight were awesome! It was closing time and they were overworked but still polite and overall just nice people. It was a refreshing change from some of the other people, including managers, that I have dealt with at...

I ordered 5 Big Breakfast's with pancakes, with sausage and added bacon on all. Got two strawberry smoothies and a vanilla iced coffee and Lg sprite. I paid 43.23. I asked the lady I was giving my money to, to repeat the order once I got to the window just to make sure she got bacon and sausage on all 5 platters.I gave her $44.00 and she repeated my order correctly. I moved to the second window, when the lady handed me my drinks, I asked her please to make sure they put sausage and bacon on all 5 platters, so I don't have to check each one and keep the line from moving. She said " yes, I will make sure." I told her a Thank you . She leaves, comes back a couple minutes later and tells me to pull up front and they will bring my food out. I said" for sure I wont have to check the bag because I've been here before and every single time, something is missing or the order is somebody elses altogether."She reassured me. She said "Don't worry, I got you ". I wait about 5 min. A young man comes out to my car and I said "did you make sure the bacon and sausage are on all the platters?" He said "yes mam," I asked him about the syrup , ketchup, and napkins, again yes mam! I have 5 bags of food and a drink tray full of drinks and I drive home. All the kids get to the table and (NO BACON)!!! At all. On none of the 5 platters. So ,I looked on the receipt to make sure I payed for bacon added on and yes. I paid for it. But ( NO BACON). I will no longer go to this location. I would rather drive out of my way to get the food I ordred. I am Livid!!! Burger king is close. I think I will go there instead. i ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal large i had a large fry with a large sweet tea, my sweet tea was not sweet it was un sweet this is the second time this has happened to me. then i ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets and i asked for extra sauce, well then i get up to the second window and i ask for more sauce because there was only 2 sauces in there. so i asked for more and the guy working the window ignored me and i was like i need more sauce then the manager lady came and said you had the 30 nuggets and i said yes ma'am! she goes we done put the sauce in their and i said yes only 2 can i please have some more, again we had 30 nuggets. 2 sauces ain't gonna cut it. then she got ugly with me and the guy looked at her and rolled his eyes and we still didn't get more sauce i then look for my straws and didn't see them so i asked for them and they just threw them in my hands. this place is disgusting. and the workers are very rude and lazy. food is to expensive to buy. please at least make sure you give your customers what they wish and want. also make sure you check the drinks because now in wasting a tea because it wasn't sweet. so thank you mcdonald's. wish we could get our money back. this is the last time i'll ever be going there. this location...
