I'm good on companies that can't do a basic refund for a coffee option that they ran out of without knowing "the last place you made a purchase, the total, your name, your email and how many times you have visited the store etc..” Don’t forget, your wife made the purchase under her application and you are just picking it up for her so, oohh, so now we’ve got to get on a three-way call with her during her workday to get a refund for a coffee. So I end up on a 3 way call between a Mumbai call center, my wife at home, and me, sitting next to a Kroger porter who was trying to enjoy a lounge chair experience. He's having to listen to my Personally Identifiable Information ( PII ) Information while I have a Zoom meeting 3 way call to get a refund. For coffee. For real. Worst customer service experience for coffee. Number one. It is not worth it to use their app. It is not worth it to call ahead. You already pay for overpriced coffee and then they want to interrogate you when you want your money back because they could not serve you something they ran out of. No...

Came by and found a note on the counter saying on break till 6:37. That's ok I don't mind waiting everyone should have a break when needed. Time goes by and no one comes until 6:43. A lady walks by and mumbles something, I didn't hear what was said so when the lady approaches she yelled "you hurd me....is gon be a minute I gotta go to da baffroom!" I just shook my head and walked off and was reminded why I should not give money to sorry companies. Especially ones that make subpar coffee at sky high prices. I don't want to pay top dollar for ghetto...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ORDER AHEAD!! In the mornings… You never know if someone is actually working. LAST TWO TIMES I used it, no one was working. First time, 2/10 @7:30 I left went to work, came back… 45 mins later… made my drink the lady didn’t even apologize. 2nd time, 2/17 left came back… i wanted a refund. Luckily the girl they called in is my favorite barista at this location, made the situation lighter… if y’all have no one working TURN OFF MOBILE...
