2023 Pretty good bagel shop and deli. This used to be Bakin Bagels, but changed ownership a few months back. The prices are good and the bagels are good. I havent tried the sandwiches yet under this new management, so i will have to try it next time. I visited around 2pm, so a bit late in the day. Most of the different types bagels were gathered into just 1 bin. Not exactly sure why. The parking lot was empty, so it was easy parking. No other customers, so i got helped immediatly, no wait time. The price for 4 bagels was $5, so i think that is pretty good. It was clean inside and the employee was friendly and service was fast. The look of the bagels were good, not great. Holding the bagels i could tell they were a bit old, (on the slightly hard side but not too hard)... which is partly my fault for visiting late in the day. Cutting into the bagels revealed a nice, soft texture inside. Both the plain and cinnamon raisin bagels tasted ok/good.. but not super amazing delicious. So if you are in Bergenfield and dont want to drive 10 mins for something better, then this is good. However, a 10 min drive to Cresskill Hot Bagels in cresskill or 10 mins to Teaneck Hot Bagels will give you some of the best tasting stuff in NJ! Similarly a roughly 14 min drive to Manhatten Bagels in Englewood NJ is equally yummy as Cresskill Hot Bagels. Pros: Good location Good bagels Good prices Clean Good deli options Good drink selection Free parking Ample parking Cons: Not as delicious as THB, CHB & M Bagels as mentioned above

Dont listen to directions 🤦‍♂️The store Wants to charge me extra for jalapeños and onions and doesn’t even add them on the sandwich. I also asked for a sesame bagel and got a plain bagel 🤦‍♂️ Then I Asked for toasted bagel and got my bagel back all cold non toasted🤣🤣🤣 man this store is a joke and won’t care to get your order right 😴 highly advise avoiding this store 👎

I am NEVER disappointed when I come here. The people who work here are so nice and treat you like family. I enjoy everything I eat here, whether it's a bagel, a sandwich, platter, etc. I do not live in the area, but I always make a point to stop here when I am in town.

Called Bagel Nosh and ordered, and I quote,"One toasted onion bagel with vegetable cream cheese". I dont order bagels much. Usually only when my kids are visiting. Today it was for my wife. Now we have veggie cream cheese in our fridge but she said " an onion or garlic bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese"" Usually I buy the bagels, take em home and toast and smear them myself, but what wifey wants wifey gets. Figured order ahead because they are actually a pretty busy place in the morning. Anyway, walked in and said," I ordered the toasted onion bagel with cream cheese". The gentleman said"vegetable cream cheese, right". I said, uh huh. $4.50 was the cost. I was taken aback a little, because I am cheap when it comes to things I could easialy do at home myself, but I paid. Walking to the car the cost was on my mind. I tried to justify it by thinking, ok, they had to toast it and there is usually so much cream cheese my wife has to scrape half of it off. Ok, so done and done. Bring it to my wife, she opens it and says didnt you ordered it toasted, I sure did, toasted onion with veggy cream cheese. Well its not toasted. Now my wife has to scrape off the underwhelming amount of cream cheese and toast it in our toaster oven, Then she has to add more of our own cream cheese after toasting. My wife doesnt eat alot and has never finished the cream cheese on a bagle served from a bagel store. So in conclusion, I must go with my insticts and save the 3 bucks and dress it at home myself. To be honest I have gotten bagels there before and they are good. But, bagle shops in my area are a dime a dozen. Some are outstanding some are OK. One is rated one of the best in Joisey. Its in Teaneck but I dont mind the extra drive. Anyway , I was disappointed. All in all the bagels are good. the upgrades i can do...

Short, white-looking Hispanic guy collecting payments is so irritating. Last Saturday, I tell him my credit card's chip can't be tapped to help him out, so he gets an attitude and says how he does this all day, he's familiar with how credit cards work, etc.

Today, I pay cash, and he tries stiffing me on two cents and acts like I don't realize, so I call him out and he gives me a nickel instead after claiming they threw out the pennies. He says he doesn't care about two cents. Good for you, pal, I work for my money though, and this is a pattern. Way too average of a spot to deal with this guy again. What a piece of work.

Edit: Not surprised this guy is trying to save face. Listen, cheapskate, you did try to stiff me because you weren't gonna say a damn thing until I called you out about it. Two pennies or not, it is the principle of it. You tried playing me for a fool and I...
