Food was okay. Could have been better. Was looking forward to the Halo Halo because how difficult can it be? But even the Halo Halo I would give a 1 star if that. For one thing it was really overpriced for $11 and it didn't even have ice cream on top and the ingredients were very minimal. I wouldn't mind paying for an $11.00 Halo Halo, but give me quality. We were passing by on our way to Boston. So we were looking for good Filipino food. We were to say the least a bit disappointed. I ordered tapsilog. Walking in not sure what to order. Does Philippino eat breakfast like American have lunch? The answer is definitely yes!

We ordered 2 lunch/breakfast, each one come with hot soup, beverage, garlic rice and 2 subside up. 1 is fry milk fish, the other one pulled beef. You can also order , like we did skewer bbq, Shanghai roll and vegetables.

It was pretty tasty! Recommend to stop by and feast yourself if you've never tried Philippino cooking before.

Cusinera is a cozy little Filipino spot that serve EXTREMELY good food. The owner is very proud to be able to serve customers fresh food and it shows as the food tends to sell out. I HIGHLY recommend the Tapsilog....marinated beef with fried rice and fried eggs. Add to that she gives you a free water or coffee with a decent price point and you have a very well rounded place to eat. With a rating of 4.8 out of 5 I'd say try it....you won't be...
