I’m a regular customer here and have never had any problems before with other baristas. However, today around 10:40 a.m., there was a barista who seemed new. When I gave him my order, I clearly explained that I wanted the Butter Pecan Tiramisu Latte, but he gave me the wrong drink — just a regular Tiramisu Latte.
I didn’t complain at first; I simply went back to the cashier and politely let him know that my order was incorrect. He insisted that it was the correct drink, even though I’ve ordered the same one three times in the past and never had any issues. He kept trying to make me take the wrong drink because, according to him, it was the same thing.
I even had to pull up proof from my Uber Eats order history and show pictures of my previous drinks just to get him to make a new one. The whole situation took about 20 minutes for just one drink because he wouldn’t believe me. It was such an inconvenience since I had to get to school.
I tried to stay patient, but he was rude and even questioned me by saying, “Did you order it here?” and “Are you sure it’s this location?” This was completely unacceptable. I was patient the entire time, yet he never apologized or...

The drink i ordered, the assam tea didn't taste like much, so i asked the employee if she could add more brown sugar syrup to my beverage.She very kindly did so. I attempted to put my cap back on my drink( with not that much force) the cup snapped and my drink spilled on the counter. As i was cleaning it up, the worker was very nice to clean it and said 'not to worry' and threw out my damaged beverage cup with the rest of my drink out. I asked if i could get the same drink. She responded saying 'technically it was your mistake causing your drink to spill' and said that she couldn't give me a new one, and i would have to pay for another one. She literally threw out my drink out, having me think she was going to replace it. Listen i work in food service too, if a customer's drink spilled due to the faulty cup, and i threw their beverage out i would replace it. Unfortunately, I've had two uncomfortable interactions with a particular staff member. My usual request is just for a little less milk in my latte so I can taste more coffee, but this staff member has lectured me on what a vanilla latte “should be,” which felt pretty dismissive. Today, I had an issue where the lid didn’t fit properly and my drink spilled when I tried to add cinnamon. I did my best to clean it up, and another customer mentioned they’d had the same issue, which made me feel a bit better.
