To start, a few years back, before COVID (like 2019, early 2020), before it all started to affect quality... this location was AWESOME, and the drive-through cranked people out.
Now, today, it's a complete guessing game if they've seen your order or not. I had an online order placed, today at noon, for pick up in the drive through... employee looked at me, and acted like: "what, what online order?"
I placed it in advance the evening prior, because I'd be going through the area, or be nearby to the location. He told me: "I can make the food for you, but after the cars' in front of you are dealt with." Which means, they just ordered in drive-through and were told to pull over (into the assigned spaces).
Which made my advance order, take another 20-30 minutes on top of the time to drive there. This is the last time, I'll order from this location as of ~1:45pm today (10-2-24).
I'm about to cut the Caesar out of my life, entirely, like Burger King... both have failed me, given me snark, or have been inattentive the last couple years.
I got Domino's, Pizza Hut, Green Lantern, Buddy's, Shield's, so much more in the Detroit area that gives a care about money walking in the door, or driving to them.
Pre-'vid, this was a four star location. Post-'vid, two stars...

The first time I went inside to pick up my pizza. The order was not ready yet despite it being past the scheduled pickup time. I was referred to as, āthat guy in that lobbyā. When I was eventually handed my order, they forgot to include the side of marinara sauce that was included in the order. By the time I left the lobby, it was 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. I ordered a single pizza and crazy bread.
The second time I went to pick up an order, the front door was locked and so I could not pick up my pizza from the āpizza portalā as per online instructions. I waited in the drive-thru for 5 min and once I approached the window I was informed my order was not ready yet. I was instructed to wait in the parking lot, where I waited for an additional 15 minutes, wasting gas to keep the heat running in my car. Overall, my order was 20 minutes late. I ordered a single, stuffed-crust pizza.
I donāt believe the employees here use the online ordering system. They probably instead wait until you arrive to process your order. If you have a busy schedule and/or respect your time, consider...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I wish I could give this 0 Stars. The last two times I have gone to this location I have purchased a pizza, that was clearly OLD. This most recent time (7/24/21) will be the absolute last I ever go to this location. After being stuck in the drive through line for over 15 minutes. I finally pull up to the window and request an Extra Most Bestest. I then watch the girl go to the warmer, open it, pull out three pizzas and begin to open all of them and look at them before selecting one and bringing it back to me. I ask her why she did that, and said if you are checking how they are because they have been there for a while, I don't want it. She assured me she was just checking them and the pizza was good. THE PIZZA WAS NOT GOOD. It looked like it had been sitting on the counter for hours. The box was warped from the grease and heat wetting it before it dried out sitting there waiting to be forced onto some customer. I never saw her scan the boxes to assure it was within the window to be sold still. Horrified that...
