I would give my therapist a 5star rating. However, a couple of things happened with the ladies with the heat pad treatment, one of which decide her conversation with another employee was more important than taking care of me on time. I guess it was inconvenient for her because she then decided she could not make it that early and treatment stopped. That was the third and final time they were late, though there! The Berkley location of Beaumont Physical Therapy is excellent. The space is very clean and calm, with great care that the environment is safe for both staff and patients. The staff at check-in are friendly and sweet, which made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. My physical therapist, Stacey, showed genuine concern for my well-being.
