KFC — Restaurant in Berkshire Township

This KFC/Long John Silver is horrible. This isnt just some petty rant, its all around disgraceful. 1.) the customer service/cashier/cooks : severely lack customer service , and they definately look like their high on pills or meth or something harsh! their rude, their clueless they lack communication. and they treat customers like trash and very argumentive and lost. 2.) the restuarant is poorly stocked with lids straws and napkins, half of the straws were opened and looked used like they was trying to save a penny by recycling already used straws off the floor and straight out the the trash!!!!! 3.) oh its so cluttered and filthy in there almost makes you wanna donate some disinfectant and cleaning supplies,,,,,possibly some personal hygene products for the staff as well. We went there, not only did they seem rude while we were ordering, there was 6 of us we paid for 6 drinks only recieved 4 and even though it was on the reciept and order screen they wanted to charge us for 2 more so we said no thank you! THey messed up our order BIG TIME, and acted like it was a total inconvienience to fix it......and looked totally dumbfounded. THE food was DISGUSTING.......over salted and soaked in grease both the kfc and long john silver chicken was which made us sick the rest of the night and today.......the macaroni tasted like something dry and rotted, the potato wedges were burnt and the coleslaw was drenched in soggy dressing.......this place is an all around nasty disaster save your money and time and go to another location or totally different restuarant cause you will be legitly and literally disrespected and sickened dining in here thats for...

Editing an old review! Went back to this location today, during lunch rush. They made quick work of a fair drive-thru line. The guy who took my order and handed over the food was super-friendly, but it wasn't a very complex order. ** It was the best KFC meal I have ever had; not that I eat a ton of it, but I'd say at least 10 times per year. It was great. The biscuits were great, the chicken was great, the gravy was great... All of it. I could not have been happier.

First off, the food was great, but we knew what to expect. My dad had found a meal deal online, which would have suited us well, but I kinda' recognized it as an unadvertised promo... Probably normal in another state, but not here. They went out of their way to honor it......

I would give zero stars if I could. The first red flag was when we pulled up and a workers was literally smoking a cigarette half inside of the building with the door propped open. We should have left then. My kids were hungry so we proceeded inside. We waited about 10 minutes and not a soul greeted us or tried to take our order. They were all on their phones. The bathroom was gross. The hand dryer was broken and missing pieces but there were no paper towels to use either so we had to use napkins.
