Wendy's — Restaurant in Berkshire Township

Sandwiches seem to be fine, but never ask for a consistent cup of coffee! I go through the drive through nearly every morning before work and ask for a coffee with 3 cream and 7 sugar. What they end up doing is either throwing a bunch of cream and sugar in a bag and SOMETIMES ill get a spoon to stir it in. so not sure if they are expecting me to fix up my coffee while I'm driving?? OR they put the cream and sugar in and just do not stir it, so 3/4 through a cup I finally hit take a massive gulp of sugar sitting at the bottom of the cup! But today they upset me enough to write a review. I went through the drive through and ordered the same thing I get every other day, they got my order backwards and put in 7 creamer and 3 sugar, and it made my coffee cold. So I stopped the kid and told him that I need him to make a new cup of coffee for me because of how cold it is. He ends up showing his frustration to me through the window and pours another cup, throws the creamer and sugar in a bag and tells me next time I should order my coffee with less cream if I don't want it cold! How about you get my order right the first time, and you won’t need to make a second...

My order was $22.64 I gave "Hope" (girl in the window ) 100.77 to pay she gave me back $67.23 cents as change so I told them I didn't get right change back so they took the 23 cents back and gave me a dollar . My change should have been $78.00!!! So I went inside to get my $10.00 still owed to me they told me to leave the store and didn't want to fix it then when I said I was calling corporate "Hope" comes out and throws $10.00 called us names and told us to leave that there was my $10.00 that I was so desperate for !! She was rude and obviously not perfessional at all . It's not my fault she couldn't figure out the right change and while yes it's only $10.00 dollars it's my money that I earned . She was rude and disrespectful. I won't go back to this wendy's its ridiculous to have staff working there that acts this way with costumers . Obviously shouldn't be working in customer service. If I could give 0 stars for this Wendy's I would...

Good, but unusual staff. After closing for remodeling, this Wendy's has re-opened with a fresh interior. There are two dial a flavor Coke machines along with specialty drinks available to order. There is a long fireplace and TV area. The Wendy's food was fresh including the baked potato I ordered (usually those are over cooked at other restaurants), no complaints. Timing was OK. However as I was ordering I noticed the kitchen floor area under the fryers had fries laying everywhere along with other food debris. It was just after rush hour which I could understand, but a turn off on cleanliness for this rating. Plus an employee didn't wash their hands leaving the restroom, which my better half noticed, so minus two stars. That employee was leaving for the day though. Staff was friendly but made the comment "I couldn't eat this", which is also strange. The area managers should check on this...
