The Mrs. wanted ice cream and so we decided to give this place a try. We figured/hoped it would not be too crowded and at the same time, we wanted it to be good. Well, the ice cream was delicious. The place was more steady than busy thanks to the staff. They were quick and attentive & at the same time, still friendly. Now, back to the ice cream... I was going to get Salty Caramel, but "discovered" something called "Peanut Butter Chip Swirl" - Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Chunks and a peanut butter ripple. I got it on a sugar cone and this thing was all I hoped for. The portion was generous and the flavor fantastic! We will definitely be coming back here again in the future...

07/21/23 updated Why my wife’s ice cream is bigger than mine 😢😢😢 - As a foreigner who never tried ice cream in America before and just heard my friend saying ice cream they had before was really sweet, I have a really severe stereotype about ice cream here are all really sweet. But after I tried I would say ice cream in this store has a really good taste and not too sweet! They have so many awesome flavors and the price is not too expensive my wife said. The bulletin on the door is so sweet🥺🥺🥺. I will say I really recommend this ice cream store!

Delicious 😋 The person working was very helpful & nice. I asked if they make the ice cream and she said yes, they make it at another locstion and bring it there. They whip the whipped cream for your order, next time I'll ask for it without sugar because it was too sweet, but still good. I took half of it home for later 👍🍨🍦 They also have cakes & pies & other types of treats. Very good 🍨

I just love the Pralines location on Farmington Ave. Berlin, CT 06037 All the girls that work there are so nice & friendly... Lately my favorite to order is the 3 scoop sundae... My ice cream flavors of choice are Chocolate & Coconut Cream w/coconut flakes my topping is Strawberries & then I get my candy toppings on the side and if there's no rm then my whipped crm as well. They make the best ice crm I've tasted so far... Sometimes I can eat the sundae in 1-2 or 3-4 times eating it... But sometimes I let it sit for days before I even start at it & only have a couple BITES here & there & savor it because I just love it. Once in a great while I'll add a scoop of Strawberry ice crm to the mix of the Chocolate & Coconut Cream with the same topping of strawberries... Both combos taste really great as far as I'm concerned as you noticed I do the Coconut crm instead of Vanilla... I'm not big on the Vanilla unless it's a soft serve cone, plain dish of vanilla/vanilla bean or mixed in with 1/2 gal of choc., van. & straw ice crm (Neapolitan). So please try my fav Pralines Ice Cream Shoppe... They have many Ice crm flavors, frozen yogurts, soft serve, ice crm cakes & pies and let us not forget they make ICE CRM FOR DOGS !!! Hope...
