Probably the worse dine in experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at the front of the store to place an order. While waiting here for about 5 minutes or more staff continued to look at me however, never acknowledged me. (I was the only one in line to order, no other person was in the store) Finally after waiting patiently the manager comes over rudely asking how he can help me? I stated I wanted to place an order. He then preceded to say I can only order on the kiosk. I stated the item I wanted wasn’t on there he said well then we don’t have it and walked away. I brushed it off and go to the kiosk to order after the rude interaction. However, I wanted breadsticks so when they handed me my order I asked how I could order breadsticks because they are not on the kiosk. The cashier says you have to order them here. I stated I was confused because her manager said I could only order from the kiosk. She then stated it would be a 10 minute wait I said that was okay. I sat down to eat my food and after about 20 minutes of waiting my breadsticks weren’t done. I get in line as there were about 5 people in line at this time. They made me and others wait about another 5 - 8 minutes in line as others were complaining because they have been waiting a long time as well the manager rudely says he is short staffed and locks all the doors so other customers can’t dine in. This manager made it very clear he did not want to solve any problems and was not leading by example to his staff. Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. Not once, not twice but every single time we try to order we end up leaving because of the unprofessionalism shown by this store! Shame on us for continuously trying to support a business close to home. The manager only cares about his timer at the drive through.. forget about ordering at night or you better know what you want because you will get told about his timer if you're not quick! The fact that there are tons of menu items and the customer is trying to figure out what they want to order is irrelevant to them. The one time months ago, I did actually make it to the window to pay for my food, it was incorrect.. my husband went inside to tell them I was allergic to the sour cream and the gentleman manager got upset with him for bringing it back and having to remake it, even with the receipt showing no sour cream so obviously with the disrespectful tone he received from the manager it escalated to an argument in the front of the store, in front of customers dining in. He had no care for those customers. Save your appetite being ruined and give your hard earned money to a more appreciative taco...

I was trying to order from drive thru and the cashier name Julian c which is what it says on my receipt was extremely unprofessional, whating us like he's talking to his friends out in the street ,food for thought this isn't a hip-hop video. Then we get to the window and he's on a video call with his phone propped up on a cash register having a conversation which was obvious one of his friends or family members which he chose to put first instead of his customer service. You probably would have heard us in the Drive-Thru if you wasn't too busy on your phone instead of doing the job you was getting paid to do.
