McDonald's — Restaurant in Berne Township

I cannot believe how Joan treated my husband and I today! We had to go to the restroom quick and they are doing construction which I totally understand if our car was parked in the wrong spot. We didn’t know or we wouldn’t have parked there! Joan came into the restroom and yelled to me is that your white car in the parking lot? I was thrown off guard because she was yelling at me! She said my car was going to cause an accident. So I said please tell my husband he was right outside the door. She then starts yelling at my husband. He kindly says we will move the car. She was not calming down. So I told my husband we can just go so we can leave. She was very aggressive. Came outside and continued to yell at us. She then gets her phone and starts to take pictures of my license plate and threaten us with the police. I just told her we will leave. We were sorry to have ruined her day! We didn’t even get anything because it was so bad! We own a business and if I were the owners she is not mentally stable to be working if she will treat people like that! Wow! I pray she has a good day and knows we were NOT going in to upset anyone. Wow! I’m glad my kids were not...

I mean it's McDonald's so you get what you expect food-wise but this particular McDonald's seems very challenged when it comes to understanding the concept of "fast food." If I wanted to wait in line for 10 minutes (with the absurd and horribly inefficient double drive thru lanes) only to be told to pull over and wait for my food for 5 minutes I'd go get a burger at 5 guys. When I was younger I remember going to some McDonald's and they would have digital clocks behind the counter where they would time drive thru orders and they were really fast, like sub 60 seconds. This McDonald's would need a timer that is in minutes or hours increments because they're absurdly slow. Why do I keep going there you may ask? I've been there maybe half a dozen times in as many years and I went today and it was yet another long wait so I decided to share my experience.

My favorite part is getting in the drive thru line and the people that came in four cars behind me get served first because of the double lanes and they picked a different lane. Something seems fundamentally wrong with that from a customer service...

Very poor and dirty I came in at 6:05 am on Thursday the 29th for a cup of coffee and to wait on my friends after standing waiting for almost 5 mininutes with no one in front of me I got my coffee no here or to go do you need sugar or creamer no thank you I go over to get my sugar at the side condiment stand 2 sugars there but not lacking old stir straws or raw salt laying in the container then I go to sit down and my table aswell as the others still food and trash laying on them I sat after cleaning my table off waiting on my friends as I still am not a single person cleaning tables or filling sugar or anything although your drive threw does do good buddies you lobby is no existence I believe there is 1 other person in here sitting now and it's sad because the other McDonald's on memorial drive is packed so my rating is maybe a 2 at best I'm sure the food on the tables are probably from the chairs the put on them to clean the floors which in its self is nasty would you want to eat where some random person sat because I'm sure the tables where not cleaned after the chairs where...
